They lie quite a lot, I would not recommend this service. They write here on trustpilot that you can get free 50GB traffic to test the service if you contact the live chat and guess what? Live chat does not give you any free traffic..
I mean if you decide to stop giving out free 50 GB traffic via live chat to test the service AT LEAST delete the comments here on trustpilot where you state that you still do it..
EDIT: Oh and I forgot to mention that the live chat tells you that you will get an email with an voucher for the free 50GB traffic after a couple of hours. Few days passed now and guess what? nothing.. They lied again
I really wonder why they stopped giving out free traffic via live chat as they wrote here couple of months ago.. maybe Linksnappy could answer on this and clarify things.

Downtime
80% of the time I ether use Rapidgator or Keep2Share. Rapidgator was down more than up in the past month and Keep2share is either down or very limited. All in all, not really worth the money as far as I'm concerned.

I've been with them for years
I've been with them for years. The variety of hosts is excellent, and their customer care is surprisingly good. Always available, always productive.
It's been a few weeks of having a couple of big hosts working intermittently (COVID-19 period, for posterity), but it's not a usual thing, and they usually make up for it.
That's the reason for 4/5 stars, but they don't have me looking for alternatives.

The support on this site is excellent. If you have trouble with anything or have questions, the support will answer within minutes. They give you free voucher codes if there are issues with downloading. All in all by far the best experience I had so far with multihosters.
