I hired them to build an e-commerce…

I hired them to build an e-commerce website and to help with Google visibility, but they failed to deliver on both promises. Instead of a functional online store, I received only a static brochure site. I would not recommend their services, as they did not fulfill our agreement.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience, website they created is horrible and repetitive. After they create the website they do nothing else but to charge you for three years since the contract is only for a year but if you want to break it you need to pay back all the “discounts” they offer you initially. Tried contacting them several times without success. We have not received a single response. They promised they will bump up our website traffic and our ranking in google search and the business doesn’t even appear on the top 10

No support and keep scamming you for more money

Our company wanted to cancel our contract with Linkeo and we called to find out when it was expiring. The agent told us August 2024 but had to give a 3 month notice before the expiry date. We sent them an email and received confirmation. In August we receive an invoice and when I called they told me the contract expires in Oct. then Nov. because the publishing of the website was in Nov. I was a customer for a long time but they kept renewing our contract at different dates. I really got upset (lack of a better word) and told them that's it no more. So my website when down sometime in October and a few weeks ago we received a call from our customer informing us that the phone number on our Google page was not our phone number but Linkeo's tracking phone number. I called them immediately to rectify the situation and they requested that I send them an email which I did and received a reply that it would be corrected within 24-48 hours. 10 days later still not fixed. Called them and told me that they would contact Google. Waited another 48 hours still no changes. I yelled at them because the number listed says no service; so I have lost so many customers because of this. I tried to fix it myself by going to my Google account and the phone number on my profile was correct but was their number that appeared on the Google Page. After seeking help, NOT FROM THEM! We rectified the issue. I received an email this morning saying sorry we can't help you.

i am a client, asked to change my contract to new owner, because the company was sold. so far not changed and they keep billing me for a service not receiving.

Absolutely WORST company ever!!

Absolutely WORST company ever!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I never write reviews but this is absolute rubbish!! Whoever the owner is, you should be ASHAMED of yourself!! How can you have a business running that all you do and care about is take people’s money!!! I didn’t even get the website that i wanted!!! If only I could give NO star!

I wish I had read the bad reviews because the bad reviews about this place is TRUE!!

Linkeo, a nightmare that I do not recommend

About Linkeo, In my opinion and experience, there is nothing good to rescue from this company. They are not professionals, they do not answer the phone, they promise you changes and they never make them, I lived a nightmare, for nothing, I never got a client.
I hired this company for 3 years and lost more than $ 10,000 .... I only had 3 calls and I could never cancel the contract. They caught me and took $ 10,000 from me. I do not recommend this company to anyone, not even my enemies, I am not that cruel ...

As explained previously by email and by phone, the contract that you signed states that Linkeo will guarantee monthly visits averaged over the whole duration of the contract. Please find our response to your concerns below:

1. We have logged and answered your phone calls and emails. We reached out to you and served you by phone and by email multiple times over the course of your contract. The last exchange occurred in July.

2. Linkeo has no control over the quality of traffic generated on your website. We put in place appropriate SEO tools that help your website to be found by Web servers and by potential clients by extension. Linkeo is not responsible for converting Internet traffic on your website to clients for you. That is not what is stated on the contract that you acknowledged and signed. We can only drive the traffic and optimize your website so that it is enticing for visitors to contact you. Then, the onus and responsibility is on you for converting website visitors to clients.

3. Your contract guaranteed 46 monthly visits. You received over 450 monthly visits on average, which is nearly 10 times more than the guarantee. Some months can exhibit a lower number of visits, while other months a higher number. You have already claimed having understood that visits does not mean calls from clients.

4. Your contract has already been cancelled as per your wishes and exactly as you had asked in the month of June.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with Linkeo was not satisfactory. However, we respected the terms of the contract that you signed where visits and traffic are guaranteed on your website, but definitely not "calls" from visitors.

You have sent messages and reviews on several online platforms. They contain accusatory and false elements. We require that you remove them immediately.

Have been with Linkeo since 2014. Our web site has only gotten better and also my understanding of how it all works.
I had a very productive online meeting today with Harmik to help refine our ecopet web site.

GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY YOU WILL THANK ME LATER

My personal experience with Linkeo has been a nightmare. After 6 months I still do not have a finished website with satisfactory content, pictures, and flow. I have requested revision with no luck or cooperation. I have given up on trying as I get a lot of empty promises. Here is an itemized list of events that have happen over the last 6 months.
1. Website went active without approval. Not able to review site before activated. Never given opportunity to make changes before activation. was told that edits can be made while active.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS ALL OVER GOOGLE SHOWING MY HOME ADDRESS, A PICTURE OF MY HOUSE, AND PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER even after requesting that all contact information is to stay anonymous until I requested the release of that information. The salesperson guaranteed me that this would happen.
3. My personal phone number caller ID was changed without my approval to my business name. That was brought to my attention by the vice president of the company that I am currently employed at. My website is a direct competitor to my employer. Took over 3 weeks to get that fixed.
4. Requested to sit down with sales associate to go over revisions and was showed the revision request that was being sent in, that is just what it is a request that was not honored.
5. Was told that I had to write my own content to be put on my site. (I hired you to build a site, not pay you for me to do the work)
6. Was told my site was going live by district manager regardless of edits or lack thereof.
7. Salesperson, manager, and district manager have stopped emailing me or attempting to contact as of today.
The sales department will say what they have to for your signature on the agreement and your credit card information. Once they have it you are lucky to get what you are looking for. I have been in sales for over 20 years and this is a terrific example of a really bad used car salesmen at best over promise and under deliver. I could have done better doing this on my own in the 6 months I have waited and had a site ready to go. The site I was provided was that of someone in high school just learning how to build a site and not that of a reputable company.

We have no privileged access to cellphone operators and we cannot change your caller ID. Google My Business makes use of information from Street View, where a picture of your house already exists.
You signed a contract for a website and we abided by its terms. We presented the website to you only 32 days after you had signed the contract, which shows our dedication. 21 attempts were made thereafter to reach a common ground so that we can put the website online. Linkeo takes pride in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients even after a website goes live through our Customer Service team, which is available to you every day of the week throughout the duration of your contract.
We respect your views and we will continue to improve our services. However, we also respectfully disagree with most of your points, which are factually untrue. We cannot count you as one of our clients unfortunately and we wish you well in your future endeavors.
