We've been using LinkTap to water our lawn, garden beds and pot plants for years, and have always been very happy! But they really just earned their 5 stars with unbelievable customer service: less than an hour after emailing them about one of our years-old units chewing through batteries they've created the postage label to send us a new one, no questions asked.
I've been using two LINKTAP D1's since 2023 and they are excellent units.
The App is easy to navigate, and the rain alert is accurate, avoiding watering when rain is due.
A couple of days ago, the oldest unit notified me that the batteries needed replacing, but after swapping them out, the unit didn't power on.
I swapped batteries and trays between units, and no success.
Sent LinkTap amessage via their customer service email and quick response back to verify my purchase, then a new unit was sent out for next day delivery.
