Had two phone calls, both times I was assured that they would look at the problem and then nothing happened.

Link Cycling AKA Giant Loughton
Link Cycling AKA Giant Loughton - Jay and Matt - excellent service from the guys, ordered a new bike online, managed to get it delivered to me on xmas eve which was a push as i only ordered on the 17/12/24, small problem with the delivery however this was resolved in the new year. Fantastic service from them despite living in Falkirk, Scotland which is a fair distance from London 😁, would buy from again.

Link Cycling stocked a not easily sourced 3.8l of bike lube which I ordered. Unfortunately, by the time the jar of lube had reached me it had leaked. On contacting Link, they sent me out a brand new bottle gratis - excellent customer service

What lovely people
What lovely people. I just purchased a Giant mountain bike from link cycling online in their January sales. It was a great price so I went ahead. I was a bit worried when after a mail saying the bike would be dispatched and the delivery was free that although I live the other end of the country it hadn’t arrived. I rang the contact number on the site and a lovely guy said he was in the workshop but just picked up the phone but would take my details and someone would ring back. A short while later I got a call to say they hadn’t expected so many purchases from so far away, but it was a bit delayed but was on its way. He confirmed someone would ring when being delivered, and true to his word a few days later Sam rang saying do you want it delivered in the next hour or first thing in morning. As I was out with friends watching football on TV I asked for morning and as promised bike arrived in morning. It’s just perfect and bikes aren’t cheap items so I was able to use PayPal credit on their online web site to purchase and pay over time. A great price, easy transaction and superb bike.
