Efficient and trustworthy company who delilver on time. Very pleasant to deal with and flexible.

I've used Lingo 24 before and everything worked as clockwork but this time the translation was poor and the service was insufficient.

Excellent communication and service. Polite and attentive on the phone and by e-mail. Little misunderstanding when offering.

Various problems, amounting to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

I found the account manager abrasive when asked to commit to a definite delivery deadline. He ultimately agreed to complete work in 4 languages including Dutch. A day before the deadline, I was told they in fact don't have a Dutch translator and "if you have another alternative, you might want to give that a try".

The delivered work had to be returned a number of times due to errors and omissions. Ultimately we were so far over deadline that we finished it ourselves. Translations were of mixed quality, with feedback from native speakers that many of the translations sounded odd.

In fairness they did give a discount in compensation for these problems, though it was missed off the first bill they issued.

Quick and professional.

Overall was ok, however took quite a bit of to-and-fro to get things right.

The document they ask you to fill in to provide them with information is poorly designed, and hard to use, does it have to be a word document?

Great quality and very fast turnaround

I used your service to translate a consumer-facing survey and it was very difficult to receive quality responses from participants in Japan due to the poor quality of the translation. Several respondents said things like "learn how to speak Japanese if you want to conduct a survey here" and gave nonsense answers because they didn't take our survey seriously. Our in-country native analyst said the writing was unnatural and just didn't make any sense. It was difficult to understand and set us back in our research. However, the Russian and Spanish (Mexico) translations were good, resulting in the 3 stars.

Quick response to our request, everything was handled very smooth – can definitely recommend this company.

I use Lingo24 regularly and get consistent, timely, and high-quality translations from them in at least 10 languages including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and more. I appreciate that they also do a good job of capturing the level of formality I need from project to project and translate to appropriate dialects in more commonly spoken languages. I highly recommend them!

Some sentences where corrected in regards to the English but the meanting was changed at the same time so some words had to be changed back to keep the original meaning. Otherwise, we are happy and using Lingo for some years now.

I'm always pleased with the responsiveness of Lingo24 to any of my queries and if i do spot any issues they respond as quickly as possible. There was one slight issue with missing translations but was sorted out within 24 hours so i was happy.

after Lingo24 translation my native Swedish colleague found two wrong wordings - not so much from 4 pages texts.
