I ordered these for my new house . We will be on it next year. I've bought sheets before and loved the softness and quality. The new items will go into storage. I haven't opened them but know I will be pleased.

Nothing went wrong this time
Nothing went wrong this time, and I still keep ordering. Previously, I sent a picture of coverlet and shams I ordered. One of the shams had the cord around it and the other didn't. I couldn't find the order # for it but sent pictures with the PO# on tag but they refused to replace them. I won't order another thing until that is replaced.

I am on the fence as to whether I should open and try out any of the sheets I ordered. I’ve opened one set, enough to be skeptical that these are not what I was looking for. The feel of the sheets is too slick and the care instructions include ways to avoid wrinkles. I abhor wrinkles in sheets.
I’m researching return options while the sheets are still packaged.
