Ordered a linen scarf - it arrived and was very poor quality. Very heavy material with frayed edges - more like a curtain than a scarf and not a nice colour. They said I needed to send it back with a tracking order - this cost 16.00 - they also said I would lose 15 percent for a restocking fee. They sat on the return for weeks - without collecting it from the post office in Lithuania - it has arrived back and says it wasn't collected. I now need to pay another 16.00 . Avoid this place - their returns policy is shoddy and the quality of the goods is awful.

Terrible customer service, a real scam!!!!! I bought some curtains that turned out to be much darker than what they looked like on the web. I requested a refund and sent the products back. I never received any reply from them, no reply to any email, money lost and no curtains. HANDS OFF THIS SHOP.
