Communication and knowledge of garments was excellent for our industry, speedy responses from any queries also helped. Up to yet the service has been plain sailing and easy.

Unfortunately we were duped by a slick salesman who did not explain the service properly. We ended up with 2 contracts ..one for lab coats one for wipes. We were delivered under the amount of rags agreed and after many back and forths, where they wouldn't budge we ended up cancelling. They only cancelled one contact and we had no choice but to stick with the other one until May next year.

Fortunately Gary contacted us and fixed the situation cancelling the contract we were not aware of. This company would do much better if they had employees like Gary and offered transparency at the contract stage.

We recently started using Lindstrom and up to now there service has been fantastic. We have been dealing with Mike Power who has been very supportive from the first phone call. Mike has made sure we have been supplied with overalls suited for all the jobs carried out within our workshop which are really good quality.

We've been with Lindstrom for about a year now and they've been fantastic. The workwear is good quality and holds up well, good for welding areas in our line of work. We deal mainly with Courtney Juggins, who is always an absolute pleasure to work with and is great at what she does.

We’ve been with Lindström for a while now and they’ve been great. The service is super reliable, and if there’s ever a delay (usually only a day) they always let us know. Our account manager Courtney Juggins is really helpful and makes sure our service runs smoothly. Overall a great company to work with!

We have been using Lindstrom for many years and I have been our on site account manager for approximately 3 years. There is a turnaround of 1000's of garments, so obviously there are times when things go array. However, the online portal for customer services is great and all requests are promptly resolved. I work closely with Lindstrom regional account manager Andrew Upton and we have built a great working relationship, managing to keep our operation running like clockwork.

This company don't care about the customer only the money, their floor pads are shit, and the wipes have been washed so many times there thin and wipe up nothing! Plus staff are uncompromising, I would not recommend.

Lindstrom, since redeploying their services four years ago, have not put a step wrong.
From deployment (Chris Buckley), through to monthly catch ups, everything works smoothly and is well communicated.
Our account manager, Andrew Upton goes the extra mile. There is no pressure to use the portal to address new colleagues, faults, or changes, Andrew will happily, effectively and promptly, reply to emails for any query.
Regular on-site surgeries are held in a professional manner. These not only ensure our current colleagues are engaged with but allow for catch ups to ensure we (Rainford Solutions Limited), have not missed removing departing colleagues from our bill.
Certainly recommended and give no cause to consider changing service provider.

We have used Lindstrom for several years for staff work wear. We did have teething problems in the early days which were resolved and now and again small issues occur, work wear placed in incorrect lockers as an example. On the plus side, our Account Manager, Andrew Upton, is excellent, he knows the business extremely well, he is reliable and goes above any beyond. He has never let me down and has always dealt with any minor issue extremely promptly of which I am grateful.

A great service from Lindstrom, as soon as we had any issues our Account Manager Sarah Oakes came in and help to organise and sort out all our issues, very helpful, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The drivers are also very helpful. Workwear and Cleaning service is great.

Lindstrom has always been able to offer an excellent service with our requirements for flame proof garments. Repairs or alterations are carried out swiftly be the laundry too.
A special mention must go to our account manager Andrew Upton, who is always available if any issues do arise.

Lindstrom provide an excellent service for us, in the aerospace industry. We have recently introduced their wiper dispenser units across site and the transition has been seamless and the service excellent, can't recommend them highly enough.
