Tons of spam scams from this business…
Tons of spam scams from this business for months. Completed its online abuse form many times and chatted with online reps. The company knows of this problem and it's not clear what it's doing to stop it. The spam-scam flood has gotten worse with lots of casino and prize fraud scams all using a link domain hosted by Limestone Network.
Goodluck getting a quote.
Have been attempting to get a quote on a dedicated for 2 weeks now. Constantly get told there sales representative will be in contact with me, I've gone back on live chat 2/3 times requesting a quote, Seems as though they no longer need sales.
One of the biggest sources of spam
One of the biggest sources of spam, worldwide. In 2016 was targeted by the Texas Attorney General because of criminal practice of sending of mass spam. They stopped for a while, but are back sending spam, phishing. I just got one more spam, this time offering Rappi credit card. If you live in Texas and got spam/phishing sent by Limestone, you can place a complain at the Texas Attorney General office and sue them, demanding a financial compensation as per Texas anti-spam law. Be aware that the good reviews about this company, here at Trustpilot, are not trustable, and you can guess why. Stay away of this company.
Stay away from LSN
Stay away from LSN! I left originally because of issues and am leaving again for the same reason. I received a marketing email on how they have changed and want me to give them a second chance and that they have some deals going on, so I was down to try them again. I responded to their email and no one replied. So, I went to the site and started a chat with the same person that was mentioned in the email. He avoided questions like “What happened to my email?” because if you are not getting or ignoring emails then that is an issue right off the bat. So, I ended up getting a good deal and was happy to give them another shot even after that.
So, I go to log into IPMI and its not working! Right off the bat we are having issues. 46 ticket replies later they figured out that IPMI can only have a password of 10 chars and not include symbols and since they use the same password for your Account Portal, VPN, and IPMI that basically means I have to use a weak password. Imagine cracking one password and having access to the users Account, VPN, and IPMI?
The issue ended up getting fixed after they tried multiple “fixes”. Now, I have nothing against their support. In fact, they were all nice and trying to fix the issue. But that does not change the fact that we are having issues right off the bat and that using a 10 char password for all my servers and my clients servers is not going to work.
So, I opened a ticket for a refund and explained how we are having issues right off the bat with things that should not be an issue or should have been worked out. It is like I was their first customer. The ticket was assigned to the same person I signed up with. So after not getting a reply I message the live chat the next morning and it was the same person again and he said we will get to your tickets. He had to have looked up the ticket, so I guess since I want a refund, they are going to put me to the bottom of the stack. They have time estimates for their departments reply times on the website and nothing was no more than 2 hours. The biggest sale part was how they changed, and it seems they got worse or are just giving me a cold shoulder since I want a refund.
So, what a mess. I was looking to move away from these kind of issues with my current host and there is no point of doing all that work to move just to get this kind of service, issues, and security liability. I’ll have to call my bank to try and get my money back I guess!
Server kept crashing
Server kept crashing. Support tried but could never get to the bottom of it. I had to move on!
Stay away from Limestone Network
In November 2018, we have made a big mistake and transfer all our 150+ cPanels to LSN. Since then, everyday we have had major issues and their support can't figure out. LSN outsource their support to Limestone Aid, a 3rd party company that have no clue about server support. Stay away from LSN.

One of the best company I have worked…
One of the best company I have worked with. Quick support from professional techies all the time. They are reliable to the core and I am a kind of 100% Satisfied customer with them. Really recommended!
I’ve been a collocated customer
I’ve been a collocated customer, then a managed server customer and now am a VM customer of theirs. I’ve only ever had one hardware issue a few years ago when I had a power supply go out. They had me back up and running in less than 20 minutes! I’ve had ZERO down time as a vm customer. I highly recommend them.
I have been a LSN customer for many…
I have been a LSN customer for many years, but due to the high cost we migrate to OVH.
A very stable server provider with awesome support.
I'm part of a SaaS which uses Limestone Networks since 3+ years and, in short, we are very happy.
Our setup involves many servers with different operating systems, high traffic usage and, sometimes, lots of communication with the support team and the experience is always so good.
Most importantly, the support team is awesome. You get a to-the-point answer within minutes and there is always a very constructive approach.
Network is fast and stable.
Pricing is nice and fair.
There are servers and features for every need.
Limestone is definitely a safe-harbor with a reasonable pricing for anyone/company looking for a stable server provider and I strongly suggest it.
Great pricing and Technical Support
Hands-Down the Best Company for Dedicated Server Hosting
This is hands-down the best company for dedicated server hosting. I am amazed at how quickly they will setup a completely custom server at any given time!
I am also highly impressed by server performance, network speed, and support department. I will always use Limestone for my dedicated servers.
Very good hosting company.
Fast service, good control panel, and good prices.
Best Dedicated Server Provider
Excellent cloud and dedicated server hosting on the most reliable network. I use their dedicated servers for my web hosting business, through which I also resell both their dedicated and cloud servers. This company is my one-stop shop for web hosting infrastructure because of their network reliability & performance, dedicated, in-house support team, and overall commitment to providing a superior product. I recommend looking to Limestone Networks for your dedicated server and cloud server hosting needs.
