Good shipping, good selection, bad return policy

Good shipping and good selection.

Unfortunately, their return policy - which they don’t particularly advertise, wonder why - is that they don’t accept returns of previously-installed fixtures under any circumstances. So be really sure that the fixture you’ve never seen before is exactly perfect for your space before you open the box, I guess.

I’ll be shopping at competitors with more flexible policies next time.
