The review is for FoxBuying.com from whom I bought a battery pack. The first order was lost by the shipper. Foxbuying support promptly sent a replacement, and I received it in about 10 days.

Shipping took a while and tracking wasn’t great but my headlights work awesome and customer service was good too!

I ordered a bike light from Lightmalls.com that was advertised with a flexible, adjustable mount. What I received was a completely different product with a bulky hard plastic clamp that doesn’t match the listing or suit my needs.

I contacted the seller, and they admitted the product shown on their website is no longer produced. Still, they refused to send a prepaid return label or take responsibility. Instead, they told me to return the item to China at my own cost — which is €50 to €70, more than double what I paid.

This feels like a deliberate tactic: advertise one thing, send another, and count on the fact that most people won’t spend that much to return it. I escalated to PayPal, who agreed the item was not as described, but I still have to pay for return shipping. Very dishonest and unprofessional — avoid this company.

I’ve been using Lightmalls for years and they never disappoint me with my orders. They always respond back with my questions and keep a smile on my face. Great job!

I recently purchased 20 18650 batteries from this website, and unfortunately, none of them met the specifications claimed in the product description. The batteries were advertised as having a capacity of 4000mAh, but after charging each one from empty, they barely reached 2000mAh. Additionally, the internal resistance of each battery is over 80 mΩ which is significantly higher than expected and indicates poor performance.

I’m quite disappointed with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend these batteries to anyone looking for reliable, high-capacity power sources. I hope the seller will address these quality issues promptly.

Complete scam! They disguise themselves as trustworthy western shop but in the ends it's the dodgiest china shop you can imagine. You pay 30$ to have things delivered within 15 days to Canada and I am now waiting for 3 months. The tracking says they don't know where the item is and it is lost but they won't refund me since it "will still be delivered once it is found".

Despite the negative comments I have read, I purchased two nitecore HC60 V2 headlamps that arrived regularly on time (I chose expedited shipping for a fee). The lamps are perfect in their original packaging and work excellently.

I searched the Internet for a particular battery pack which I needed and found this company has exactly what I needed. Even though the company is based in China the customer service was absolutely brilliant and keeping me informed of every move until the batteries arrived safely in the UK. I can well recommend the company and there team. Thank you 😊

Absolutely terrible customer service and item not received. Trying to get refund through PayPal now. Do not buy from here, this site needs shutting down.

Do not buy! Terrible after market assistance. My nitecore head lamp broke and they didn't offer a replacment. Find a UK seller and buy from them.

Best buy and Works perfectly. Highly recomended.

Purchased some Nitecore headlamps, they were quick to respond and send us the items, great to deal with.

Bought a hoverboard battery from them. They sent a different brand than I ordered and to top it off it was defective. They tried telling me that they tested it before sending and that I was using it for a period of time before it died which is complete bs. It never worked and wouldn’t charge from the start. Put in a different battery and the hoverboard works and the battery charges.
They wouldn’t pay for me to ship it back which is ridiculous seeing how they sent me a defective battery.
Will never buy from them and I would not recommend anybody does.

Orders done mid July, goods recieved mid October with 45 mails between to insist and have news...

I was disappointed that my headlamp did not come with batteries, the box it came in did not state that it came with batteries. Other issues came up and were addressed. Lightmalls gave me quick responses. That was satisfying.

The purchase price was below other suppliers of exact same product and the item is exceptional build and performance.
Very happy.
