Unresponsive and non-existent follow-up to my requests. A recent request for a new CPAP took over a month to accomplish. At the time of this review I had called for an update to my CPAP with no call back, and when I went to their office to discuss an urgent request they stated someone would get back to me. Never called me. I would not recommend using this practice from my experience.
