Many thanks for your review. The order was placed on a Sunday so the non-stock items were put on order with the manufacturer on the Monday. These had a 2-3 working day lead time from the manufacturer as stated on the website. They arrived to us 3 working days later on the Thursday and the order was shipped for you.

Unfortunately this co-insided with the 4-day May Bank Holiday weekend, which meant the delivery should have arrived on the following Tuesday via DPD. However, it would seem the shipment has been misplaced by the courier over the long weekend, so we have reshipped the order for you today. This should be with you tomorrow.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay and would ask in future that you contact us directly to discuss missing shipments so that we can action issues for you directly.

We have had no notification on where our order is. We ordered on monday and we are 8 days hence.7

I ordered a replacement…

I ordered a replacement outside security light which had been discontinued a very courteous customer sales man rang me to apologise and to tell me what other replacements I could use so kind and considerate in this day and age of can’t be bothered
So 5 stars for attention to customer comes first
When my order arrived it was a perfect option
Very rare these days
5 Stars for that to
5 Stars for the gentleman that rang me
For taking a little time and care to give advice

Replacement LED floodlight

Ordered this lamp online to replace the same that stopped working but got a phone call to say it had been discontinued so a newer and more expensive model was sent at no extra cost. Brilliant, thank you very much !

Stock Management/Order fulfilment process

The item ordered was shown as 'in stock', at the time of ordering.
7 days later, following my inquiry into the reasons for non-delivery I was advised that they had no stock and could not fulfil my order. I await my refund.
Even 2 days after the identification of 'no stock' their web-site still indicated they had the product 'in stock'.

Many thanks for your review. Bell items do show as in stock on the website, but have a lead time as stated on the website. In this case, the item was delayed from Bell and we were unable to supply them within the published lead time. We are sorry that we were unable to complete this order for you.

Online stock levels

Unfortunately their online stock level did not reflect their actual stock level. Having said that they did provide the item I ordered within a few days, so top marks for that!

The bulbs are still to arrive.

The bulbs are still to arrive. Had none for my new light fitting and so ended up going to Screwfix. Feel let down as they were really needed with the change in the clocks, but company has apologised for the delay, accepted cancellation of the order and agreed to issue a refund so that is to be commended.
