I only gave it a 3 because the vials should come laid out in a box so they are more usable. All test kits from all other companies I have ever bought from, the come laid out in boxes, it makes a big difference. I am pleased to be able to get other kinds of Borrelia and Lyme related vials and they came fairly quickly! The vials came in baggies.

The boxes that you can buy with them are good I just wish that they came in a lay down format like the cardboard boxes but plastic where they firmly fit in but still could read all the titles
