Andrew was pleasant to work with, neat while installing the chair lift, and informative on how to use the chair lift prior to leaving.
On time, introduced himself. Very knowledgeable and explained everything real well. My first experience with a stairlift, I was a little scared to go up, but he walked right up with me. I did it twice.
I am so happy to be able to go upstairs, I fell 2 years ago and wasn’t able to do so.
Just want to send a shout out to Anthony Russo he was great in my process of getting a stairlift for my parents he was very patient understanding and very professional. We need more people like him and customer service
Never have I experienced such professional from every employee starting with the first call! They were most attentive to every detail from introducing the employees before they arrived so you knew who and what to expect!
Thomas Schumacher patiently explained the product and installation! We were impressed with his sincerity!
Our installer John and Adrian were also introduced to us before arriving which was most appreciated! We were also impressed with their caring attitude and professionalism!

Lifeway Mobility installed a brand new "Harmar Up" lift in our home on Dec 2. Despite being brand new, it needed a series of service appointments and parts repair until it was finally workable on January 19th. That's 7 weeks. When it initially didn't work I reached out to Lifeway. I reached out 6 times over two weeks before receiving a response from the branch manager. I chose the "Harmar Up" over the Bruno model also quoted by Lifeway as it is a modular unit (not custom) and could be installed quickly. My mother (92 years old) was returning home from hospital and rehab. Her recovery was significantly impacted by the lack of a stair lift. I initially asked about a return of the substandard product but was told to "wait and see" if they could fix it and if not they would "consider" a return and refund. One caveat: ALL of the service technicians, as well as Michael the service manager and Lisa the scheduler, were kind, competent, and empathetic. I can not say the same of others at the company.
*UPDATE Thank you for taking the time to respond. For clarity: The carriage replacement was not offered as a "short term solution" nor was it offered as a couple of options. It was just simply the next step in the fix. I was at no time offered another option other than fixing the unit. It was the final fix to the Harmar Up after 7 WEEKS. It was myself who suggested the possible return and credit toward the Bruno (the more expensive Brand that I had initially been offered) It was not a solution offered by Lifeway but was suggested by me. I was told it could be "considered" if I continued to be unhappy with the HarmarUp after the carriage was replaced. But that I needed to first wait for the replacement. This was after my initial queries for a refund during the first weeks of it not working were not accepted. I would have been happier if that solution were offered immediately or my request for a refund were accepted during the first weeks of breakdown.

Every stage, from sales to installation, was completed quickly, professionally, and with care.
We recently had a stairlift installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Mo was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done perfectly and safely.
Mo was punctual, respectful of our home, and paid close attention to every detail. The stairlift works flawlessly, and it has already made such a positive difference in our daily life. It’s clear that Mo truly cares about his work and his customers.
I highly recommend Mo to anyone considering a stairlift installation. Outstanding service and true professionalism.
Great experience all the way around. Rep. was very helpful and no pushy sales. The installer(Jovan)went above and beyond.
Personnel were professional and very knowledgeable regarding the product and installation . Could not be more pleased with the whole process
Professional through out. Explained every detail needed to know. Demonstrated himself . Felt well taken care of.
From the initial contact with this company to inquire about their products, to the very end of the installation, customer service was an A++. The expertise of Justin and Lucas, both with wonderful personalities, elevated the trust I wanted to have in a company who does business like this with the elderly population. I would highly recommend this company to others.
When we decided to look into getting a chairlift I’m so glad I contacted Lifeway Mobility. The salesperson, Anita, was very easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable about the product. She wasn’t high pressure at all, which I really appreciate as we weren’t sure we were ready to commit to anything just yet. When we decided we needed to move forward quickly, she responded promptly and was very helpful in getting the paperwork figured out and then set us up for an immediate installation appointment. The installer, Allan, was very friendly and worked very hard to get everything set up within a few hours. He explained how everything worked and that I was confident using the chairlift. I am very pleased with the service I received from both Anita and Allan and would highly recommend Lifeway Mobility when needing to purchase a chairlift.
Eric installed the chair explaining every step of the way. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Matt, our salesperson, delivered exactly what we spoke about.
Great team!

Drew was there when he said he would be was competent and helpful. He fixed one problem, reassured me that the motion was normal, and showed me where to leave the stair climber so that the battery would charge. ( I had it exactly backward, orange light = charging). We are grateful.
Kyle was professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up before leaving. You can tell he takes pride in his work.
Jovan came out today to double check my chairlift. He was prompt and very knowledgeable and explained the workings thoroughly. I appreciate his efforts. I would recommend Lifeway for your chairlift needs.
Installation went smoothly. Very professional installers. Friendly, thorough, and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Lifeway Mobility and will keep them in mind for possible future projects.
Allan and Raul were the most polite gentlemen I have ever encountered.
Lifeway should be very proud of these two employees.
