Local moves are probably ok, the guys in AZ were fine. But i moved to KY, delivery was not fine for so many reasons. Stuff is missing, stuff is broken. They banged up walls in my new construction home!!! Now I need to repaint the eggshell walls and fix a dented corner. Didn't follow basic instructions, just put stuff where ever. 3 boxes of family antique China, all well packed & moved many times, one box has every plate smashed!! All 20!! Box looks crushed. My son finally told them he'd assemble beds because it was taking so long, almost dark and they'd arrived way past their "window." Without him helping
it wouldn't have been done before dark. 2 people is not adequet!! Their huge dog sat in the cab barking most of the 3 plus hours, neighbors complained It kept their baby awake.. Just an overall bad experience from day one. Their customer service isn't very good. Rather passive aggressive.

We hired this moving company to move us from AZ to FL. This has not been a good experience at all. The majority of our furniture was damaged so bad, it looks like garbage now. I have tried to get them to respond to my emails and they are missing and non responsive and take multiple weeks to get back to me- if they do. We have items missing as well. This has been the customer service since I paid them. I have moved across country before with another moving company and nothing was damaged. I am shocked at everything being ruined. They told me they would pay 60 cents per weight on the damaged items but this does not even begin to cover it as we have pricey items that were new and in perfect condition. We have dark brown dressers with pieces out of them, dressers damaged on the top, expensive crystal lights completely trashed, childs bedroom furniture with holes in it and white carved out of the paint. Chairs torn, glass kitchen table now covered in scratches and our buffet table- that I had made and shipped from Italy trashed as well. It doesn't matter how much you save with this company when they trash everything. We paid 16K for a move when we should have sold our furniture and bought it all over. We would not have taken such a huge loss of almost 30K now.

what a great group of people to work with! Our move to OR went smooth. We were very concerned after reading horror online stories about moving companies. I am so happy I called Lifetime, the service was wonderful from the first call to the team that dropped off my shipment.
