This company stole hundreds of pounds from my grandmother. The only reason it stopped was because she died and I was able to access her bank statements and query where this money was going.
They cannot (or will not) give me an explanation as to why this money was taken.
DO NOT USE! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULENERABL ADULTS

Paid£9.95p for supposedly postage for flowers that have not arrived from premier plants

Reply from Lifestyle Perks
This is a scam they said I won a competition for some plants but had to pay the courier charge of £9.99 (red flag), didn't ring true but I paid the charge. They sent 7 plants all aside from three were dry or dying so not worth £1.00.

Company has stolen £399.95 from vulnerable adult !
Like many many others this company have taken funds from my 87 year old vulnerable Uncle, they took £1.00 the usual thing at the start of a scam to test an account and then bang £399.95 is taken a few days later. I note they always put a note against any Trust pilot review saying get in touch we want to sort this out. Well they don’t, they fob you off saying they can’t refund request back from your bank. Fraudsters through and through, stay well clear and if you find such payments taken from a vulnerable person so as I am now doing and report straight to Action Fraud, the more reports they get the stronger the case they can build up.
SCAM - Another elderly lady having £399.95 direct debits taken out of her account with no knowledge. How has this not been shut down already??
Edit: no way am I sending you any personal information. You should be shut down. Your website doesn’t even say what you do, there is no login and your faqs don’t have anything in. Your days are numbered, the banks are already on to you as they already knew all about the scam when I called them.

I support a 93 year old lady who has recently received this mag unbidden thru her door. She doesn’t know how you got her details. I have advised her to contact her bank and make sure no money is taken. It looks so trustworthy with Jay Blades on the front. I hope he knows how you operate….

Scammers of the elderly and vulnerable. Report ASAP.

Companies like this are the sporn of the devil. Scamming pensioners, the disabled and infirm. Burn in hell every one who works for or profits from them.

I have just received POA for my Uncle and noticed £399.95 was taken by direct debit on 3rd Feb 2023 by Supermark t/a Lifestyle Perks. My Uncle doesn’t know what it is or how it was set up. He is in his 90s and recently suffered a stroke and does not need this anxiety to affect his health. I understand your policy is that this should not be offered to the elderly.
Update: Unfortunately your reply has already been superseded by another member of your team who has told me: "We are unable to process a refund for you, we recommend you to request a cashback at the bank under a direct debit guarantee".

Approached by this company after buying from Ideal World. Not notified before end of free trial period. Checked bank statement to find debit £104+ for annual membership. Agent said I should have called them to cancel. Had my email address so what is matter with them contacting customers to remind when charging begins. I have secured full refund as I was adamant I would pursue this further. Still not increasing score until refund actually received.

Just been on my Mother in Laws Direct Debits and she asked what the £399.95 per week was! As other people she had not signed up for such a service and was horrified. So the company has taken £399.95 for nothing, a total SCAM, beware!

My uncle has dementia and, on looking at his bank accounts, we were horrified to discover that Lifestyle Perks had taken £399.95 from his account without his knowledge. A direct debit had been set up saying that this amount would be taken 'weekly' from his account. Thankfully, only one payment had been accessed. This happened before we had taken steps to block nuisance calls on his phone. It is obviously a cynical exploitation racket preying on the vulnerable.

In short, I was setting up my new laptop and signed up to this "free" service more or less by accident. Pretending to need card details to verify location. This "Livestyle"company then took £1 from my account, which I noticed when it was pending.Reading other reviews it could have been much, much worse. I've had to cancel my card before anymore damage could have been done. Dodgy AF.....

I received a call from Halifax Building Society yesterday to say that this Lifestyle company had tried to take £104 out of my account. I have no idea how they got my bank details but the bank put a block on it before it had chance to leave my account. I have a feeling this has something to do with an item I recently bought from Ideal World as someone called me shortly after I placed my order and they tried to sign me up to a company offering discounts when purchasing products if i joined their annual membership for a fee which was about £100 per year I believe. I declined their offer but if the two are connected I will go mad as I did not give my permission to sign up for anything let alone an annual membership. My bank has given me the contact details of the lifestyle company so I will contact them to investigate further.

My mother has dementia and I have Power of Attorney for her. I have just discovered a Direct Debit of £399.95 to you. I have no idea how you got hold of her bank details but this is fraud as far as I am concerned and I will be reporting it accordingly!
I have already done as you suggest having found this reply to all the other reviews complaining about elderly relatives being signed up for this scam. This has resolved nothing. Apparently the money cannot be returned for " technical reasons". My initial comments stand!

My brother has MS and after 30 years he is totally confined to a bed. More recently he has had a stroke and has moved into a care home. I am trying to sort out his finances and have LPA. It seems that he was offered a trial and then billed for a year's annual membership. How has this company obtained my brother's details and been able to set up a direct debit? I expect a full refund as there is no justification for membership being given to my brother. Stay clear of this company

Lifestyle Perks have unlawful taken £400 of my account. At any point I have given them permission to set up a direct debit and take money of my account. I received an email from them congratulating me for setting up an account which I never authorised. They still went ahead and took the money of my bank. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Be careful with them!!
I have wrote to them an email asking to give me my money back that never had permission to take but no reply!!!
Watch out and check your bank account if you receive an email from Lifestyle Perks!!
