I was a member for over a year, took surveys and cashed out points a few times for gift cards. I then went on a holiday and attempted to complete a survey to kill time at an international airport. I was not able and didn't try again. Upon return home I found my account was canceled and all points lost without redemption. No explanation why. Avoid as there are better sites that operate the same.

LifePoints is my favorite survey site. There are a variety of surveys and pretty regularly they have a 30 day Survey Diary. There is one negative comparing them to a couple of other sites I do surveys for. LifePoints charges you extra points when you redeem points for rewards. Other than that, they are my favorite! If you do encounter a problem, they are quick to address it. That's a nice feeling.

STOP SENDING ME SURVEYS YOU TRASHY SITE. They wont let me cash out via gift card. They want my Paypal account.. Their response below is Bullshit. This is SLEEZY survey site. They will not honor their part. I finished several surveys and went to redeem a $5 amazon gift card after finishing several surveys. They refused to let me cash out and said I need to link a PAYPAY account. well F..U.. There is no need for you to have access to my paypal account. This should be illegal to ask for bank credentials especially if I am trying to cash out a $5 Amazon gift card. They are a SLEEZY / SCAMMY site. They need to be reported to USA.gov, FBI, and Google PLay Store for fraud!!

They email when surveys are available but not frequent as there are just a couple to a few. Better check the site from time to time as surveys easily fill-up when there are. Usually, survey points are on the mid-range but there are triple digits once in a while. Sometimes there are points for disqualification. Reaching the redemption threshold doesn't really take so long but redemption process does take a week.

I used to be a committed LifePoints panelist, completing surveys diligently and in good faith. After accumulating points through what appeared to be successful completions, my account was suddenly suspended—without warning, without explanation, and with all rewards forfeited.
When I reached out, I was met with a cold, final response citing vague “standards” and refusing any further discussion. No specific reason was given. If my responses were truly problematic, why were points granted in the first place? Why wasn’t I alerted earlier?
This experience has left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. It’s deeply concerning that a platform can shut down users without transparency or recourse, especially after benefiting from their time and effort.
I hope LifePoints reconsiders how it treats its panelists—because right now, it feels like our voices only matter when they’re convenient.
This is their response to my appeal:
Hello Wing.
My name is Priscilla, and I am a Manager with LifePoints. Your concerns regarding your account have been escalated to me for further review.
In line with the “Right of Second Review” outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we have conducted a thorough reassessment of your membership and participation in the LifePoints panel.
After careful consideration by both our Management and Quality Teams, we have confirmed that your account will remain suspended due to not meeting the required standards. As a result, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the panel, and any remaining LifePoints and outstanding rewards have been forfeited, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions you agreed to upon joining.
This decision is final. Any further inquiries or attempts to escalate the matter will not receive a response.

Stored up an amount of vouchers for Christmas. Was unable to cash in due to an error. Customer service advised I was in breach of T's and C's. Account has been suspended. Now not paying out. What a con.

I have participated few surveys to earn extra income from home. This LifePoints platform survey is so dedicated to the welfare to earn of their members. Surveys are excellent, often available and low quota to redeem. And lastly their customer service is amazing. Thanks you LifePoints.

It's become a scam. After you accumulate points for a small reward, it begins with "You have No Surveys Available" messages when you log in. THey get paid by their survey customers, then limit the rewards for participants to $5 for hours of survey completions (and the surveys NEVER take as few minutes as Lifepoints estimates). A waste of time.

This survey site is a scam. Nobody should register or answer the surveys. Don't waste your time on it. When you reach a certain number of points, your account is deleted for no reason. They just send an email saying the account was deleted for violating the rules, but they won't say which rule or what happened.
Furthermore, the prizes they advertise don't exist. It's become a scam.
Lifepoints steals users' work.

When I notified LifePoints that I wasn't able to sign in to a survey, they acknowledged my problem and followed-up each time I contacted them until the issue was resolved. I've been completing their surveys (that I qualify for) for many years, and appreciate the opportunity to give my opinions to their many and varied surveys.

I have been a member of the Life Points panel for quite a few years and have enjoyed both completing surveys and “cashing” in my rewards points, converting them to e vouchers. I have recently accumulated sufficient points for £15 worth of vouchers and have tried to redeem, only to be told that my membership has been cancelled and my points also cancelled. When querying this I am told I cannot be informed of the reason due to “security issues”. Really, what is going on, I have earned those rewards over a fair period of time, what right have they got to take them from me. Avoid this panel, it seems to be a scam now. You provide survey answers, they make money from your responses but do not honour the awards accrued.
