Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I hired a contractor who has his own company. Had complete demo on previous kitchen and he ordered the cabinets from lifeart. At first, I was satisfied, but then I began to notice the painted corners of the front of ALL the cabinets, was cracking. And it wasn't un-noticeable either. One of the cabinet doors was damaged and I never received the replacement. The contractors wife was emailing back and forth with some lady and basically was being blown off. They requested that I email them photos of all the cabinets, which I did. Then they wanted videos with me walking to the cabinets and doing close up views. A few months go by after all that back and forthing, the lady tells the contractor it was my fault the paint was cracked, she said my kitchen is too humid. What???? Finally, after a year of them going back and forth in the emails, the lady tells contractor it's too late to do anything because the warranty has expired. While all this was going on, I noticed the door hardware was getting loose, 3 doors ended up falling off, the screws were really short and we had to replace all of them. Then the front of the drawers were starting to fall apart, no glue in the dovetail. Unbelievable. I tell everyone its my covid kitchen and who the company is and they know to never purchase, they've seen first hand how horrible the product is. And SHAME ON THAT LADY. Nothing but lies from her.

Bought a whole kitchen of Lancaster…

Bought a whole kitchen of Lancaster Ready to Assemble (RTA) Cabinets from Lifeartcabinetry.net. The quality of the product is decent (made in China) and was well-packaged, but the folks running the business leave much to be desired. They left off two of my base cabinets from the delivery (also omitted from the packing slip - so they admitted it was their mistake), but worse, my panel boards that were 96" long, they arbitrarily cut down to 90" and 64" in order to save on their shipping costs, without telling me. I refused those two cut pieces on delivery because that is not what I ordered - I needed the full length that I ordered to fit the island I am building.

Through numerous calls and emails, their response was that surely I should understand that because shipping costs are so high they had to cut the long pieces, and I need to accept them as-is. After pushing back that I cannot accept the cut panels (bear in mind, these are ~$250/ea) and that I either need the full-size shipped, like I ordered, or a refund for those, the seller is not budging and refuses to ship the full-size panels that I ordered.

Given that I refused the cut panels, the company is also unwilling to ship the two base cabinets that they accidentally left off the initial delivery, again due to shipping costs - for their mistake! They refunded them, but now I have a whole kitchen of one brand and have to find two base cabinets to match. Just a complete joke. And there is no telling when/if I will get the refund for the panels they cut.

Overall extremely bad customer service, far beyond unprofessional and unreasonable - the guy I spoke to hung up on me twice. They literally cut corners to save on their shipping costs, and then won't rectify their mistakes by sending the right product afterward. There is a reason this company is not BBB accredited. Be leery dealing with them.
