Bad service and overall bad experience.

Their candy tastes old, there is no ice for your soda, and even though they have an ice cube machine behind the counter, they refused to give me ice in my drink? Wth?? Really terrible service, and it's extremely hot in the theater.
Never coming back!!

1. Our candy stays within the "expiry"
2. We do not serve ice when we do not have an ice maker, yes Lido café has one but it is not ours.
3. Heat the hall can occur when there are many in this room, we are so different in terms of heat and cold and can not keep everyone happy
