really bad service - no flexibility
I had rented a montre and a boligstand - both should start tomorrow 26th of February. I went to Lidkøb today to ask which places I have got. I then asked if I could change the montre to a "corner" montre - but unfortunately the service was very bad - there was a free montre at a corner - but I was not allowed to rent it instead - I have been able to change montre other times. The young girls told me that the rules had changed. So I asked for my money back which I got.
One girl was more friendly than the others - they all ended up saying that the rules had changed.
I have regually since 2021 rented places at Lidkøb and always got a very good service. It seems as if the staff changes a lot and they haven't got resources to give the service, they used to.
VERY VERY SAD.
I often see empty montres - maybe due to bad customer service- really sad.
