Excellent help from customer services team - there was a problem with my delivery and it was such a relief to be able to speak directly to one of the team who immediately took the problem away from me and dealt with it promptly and efficiently. I had run out of Emily Belle fabric…
I had run out of Emily Belle fabric Crimson and was in a rush to buy a meter of the fabric to complete the quilt. Th colour I wanted did not appear on the website so I sent a request to see if there was 1 meter left. To my surprise I was contacted within a couple of hours by Matthew who let me know that there was none of that colour left and offered an alternative pattern with a photo. I am so grateful that I got such a timely and helpful response - and I was only trying to bu one metre.

The intimate session with Sunday Riley was very well organised, from welcome cocktails/mocktails to excellent cotton tote goody bags & a fascinating Q&A. Even the booking fee was fully redeemable against any of the Sunday Riley products, which are all super-good.
