They have been up front with information. This is not something that you want you get into at first. It's a scary decision to accept but I've needed some help with my finances. First of all I really thought that the loans were going to be taking care of immediately the credit cards could have waited towards the end so now I am dealing with the phone calls and now a letter from one so far I always stayed on top off my bills and I sm sure my credit score is down and trust worthy with them I should have never did this with you all I am a little disappointed

When you enrolled in the program about a month ago, we reviewed the debt settlement process during your onboarding and in your enrollment documents. As discussed, debt settlement is not an immediate payoff program. The negotiation process typically takes about 4 to 6 months, depending on each creditor and account.
As part of the program, you voluntarily stopped making payments to your enrolled creditors, which is an important step that allows our negotiators to pursue settlement opportunities on your behalf. During this time, it is not uncommon for creditors to continue their collection efforts while negotiations are underway.
The good news is that progress is already being made. Two of your six enrolled accounts have active settlements, and our team continues to work on the remaining accounts.
We understand this process can feel challenging in the early stages, but your account is progressing as expected. If you have any questions about your settlements or would like an update on your remaining accounts, we're happy to review everything with you.
