This is a liar’s company

I shopped at this store in 2019, but I haven't received the goods or money yet. The last time this store responded was in 2020. Since then, I have used many contact methods to try to get a reply, but so far there has been no result. Moreover, this store is still releasing updates in 2023, and I have not received a reply or goods yet. This is a scam. Angry that if you just don't reply to me and instead reply to someone else, you are not only a liar, but a perpetrator of racism. Anyone who doesn't believe me, I can provide evidence of their fraud, including the order.
