They was litrally on my case all day to get 3k over to them and promised of anything happens a full refund would be made
I sent the 3k then got a txt back the next morning sorry the buyer (not me ) has pulled out
I asked over and over for a refund and kept getting new houses 500 likes away from me to buy
When I had enough and asked for my money back they said email theee not me and when I did email them 10 days ago I got a reply if you win you koney back it will be 5 to 10 days
Its been 11 days heard nothing

My experience with Let Property has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I reserved a property through Let Property and proceeded with the purchase in good faith, spending approximately £1,500 on legal fees during the conveyancing process. As matters progressed, information came to light that significantly impacted the viability of the purchase and ultimately made it commercially unfeasible to proceed. This was not a case of simply changing my mind.

I raised my concerns and requested the return of my Buyer's Premium at an early stage, yet my complaint was repeatedly dismissed. Despite providing further evidence, including the management pack they requested, and despite my complaint being escalated to senior management, every response simply repeated the same generic position without meaningfully addressing the specific issues or chronology of events that I had raised.

Communication throughout the process was poor. Emails often went unanswered, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, and I was left with the impression that once the Buyer's Premium had been received, customer service became an afterthought.

The entire experience has cost me around £4,500, including legal fees, and despite making every effort to resolve the matter amicably over several months, Let Property showed little willingness to properly consider the circumstances surrounding my case.

As a property investor, I value professionalism, transparency and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience with Let Property fell well below the standards I expected.

Based on my personal experience, I would not use Let Property again, nor would I recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a property through their platform.

I had a fantastic experience with Ellie. She helped me throughout this whole process and turned a stressful “renting” situation into a very easy smooth process. She was there every time with her very prompt responses and she understood me about all of my concerns. The people I delt with were great. They were honest and up front. Unfortunately the likelyhood of us doing any business seems impossible at the moment, but they were professional and I would deal with them again.
