My experience with LENDDIRECT located in Newmarket ON ( 30 prospect St) was amazing. The lady that name is Maylin Cardoso Gonzalez is a Branch manager and spend lot of time for my file and she is really expert and polite. I am really happy with that branch.

Highest interest rates going...no way to pay out a loan when payments go to interest on loan.

You all made it super hard to get a payday loan now since you guys switched to lend direct before it was easy UPDATE I called and got the proper info I needed. Last time I was told different and this wonderful lady helped me and explained it all better

Never take a loan from this company. They are total crooks. Give false information and once you sign a loan, you are signing for something that was never spoken about. No one likes to return phone calls even when they admit they were in the wrong. They need to learn how to train people properly.

As long as there are no problems receiving the funds, my experience will be great!

I was surprised and thankful that these staff persons were so incredibly kind and friendly. THey went over and above to solve a minor problem and results were quick and effective. I would certainly do business again with them and let others know as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart xo ♥️

Honestly I have had great experiences with this company. They are very helpful with answer questions. They give tips and suggestions for paying off you debt and getting done to pay less interest. There customer service is very patient.

Website is bad, very shady, makes it difficult to pay down/pay off loan.

Desiree (sp?) at the Adelaide Branch in London was great to deal with. Very quick and pleasant to speak to. Recommend their office if needing anything.

I had no issues , the staff working there are very helpful and accommodating, phone calls and emails are being addresses right away.
