I didn't take any loan from them and it is showing I took 100 rs from them and balance is zero from last 5 years. And status is active. So do you guys even understand the meaning of cibil score? How you keeping the loan active with balance showing zero is impacting my cibil score big time?? How do people like you build a company without the basic knowledge? There is no proper support or help, in case we tried to reach out via email, no one response. Calling is another big time waste! NOBODY RESPONSE!!
