Warning: It is not possible to withdraw anything on this site. The verification document that they ask for to be able to withdraw does not exist. They want a bank statement, in pdf format, that contains your full name, address, card number, and last deposit to them. I called my bank and they confirmed that that wasn’t something they could send me, either through email or post. They ask for impossible documents on purpose so that you can never withdraw. I am just glad I won on my first $40 deposit and tried to withdraw and realized it was a scam before I lost more money.

I urge you not to play here.

1) No customer support period. Live chat answers right away and directs all concerns to bogus emails. I have never received a response to any of my several emails.

2) They “took” $800 from me. I used my debit Mastercard to try depositing—all attempts to deposit via this method were declined. I therefore used another method to deposit. Then one day—four $200 withdrawals were taken from my bank account. I thought my card was hacked. I put a stop on this card and filed a police report. Lo and behold my casino balance was $800! And they won’t give it back. They won’t respond to my emails.

3) Good luck getting verified. I tried to withdraw that $800 and have sent a multitude of documents. Still not verified!!
