Today(15ю04) I received an email that the money will be returned within 10 days. So, they take your money, use it for a month without penalty or fee, then return it. This is not a store, do not waste your time. They do not sell anything, they just take and use your money

🛑🛑🛑My order (#12598)was marked as delivered, but I never received the package.
According to the tracking information, the shipment was delivered to Lummen, Belgium, while the delivery address was Lech. The package was never delivered to my city or my address.
I did not visit any UPS Access Point, did not receive any notification, and did not present any ID to collect the parcel. Delivery to an Access Point requires identification, which clearly confirms that I could not have received this package.
As a result, I am left without the product and without a refund.
Both the seller and the carrier keep shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue.
This is an extremely disappointing experience.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service.
Non-conforming delivery of perishable food – no response from seller
I placed an order with Lemberg Kaviar International on Sunday, 30 November 2025 at 20:44 (Order #12128) for trout roe (œufs de truite), a strictly perishable food product.
The delivery was not compliant. The carrier deposited the parcel in a pick-up point without my consent, although this type of product requires refrigerated transport and direct hand-over. The parcel remained several days without refrigeration, making the product unfit for human consumption.
Under these conditions, I was unable to accept or collect the goods.
I contacted the seller multiple times by email to request a solution (refund or replacement), but received no response at all.
As a result, I have:
• filed a formal complaint with my bank,
• submitted a report via SignalConso (DGCCRF),
• initiated procedures with the European Consumer Centre (CEC/ECC).
To date, I am without the product and without a refund.
Delivery Scam
They’ve scrapped their free delivery and replaced it with a flat £15 fee, no matter how much you spend. Charging £15 for delivery on a £240+ order during the Christmas season is pure greed. They are literally profiting from their customers' holiday spirit.
Extremely poor communication and cancelled order without notice
I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Lemberg Kaviar and want to share it so others can make an informed decision.
• 22 November: Placed an order for 6kg of caviar to be delivered to Ireland. Received an order confirmation; status remained “in progress.”
• 29 November: Contacted customer service requesting an update. Received only an automated response.
• 4 December: Followed up again and received a brief reply stating, “We can shipped your order on thuesday,” followed by a further message confirming, “9.12 we will shipped.”
• 10, 11, 15 and 16 December: Sent multiple polite follow-up emails asking for clarification. None were answered. During this period, their website occasionally posted new updates that delivery delays were due to a high volume of pre-Christmas orders but assured customers that orders would arrive before Christmas.
• 17 December: Woke up to two emails: one stating the order was still “in progress” with a note claiming “address not correct”, and the other being a credit memo. After checking my account, I saw the order had been closed and that I would be refunded in full. Later that day, I also received a notification from Revolut confirming the refund would be processed within 5 days. I received the refund today.
I did not request a refund, and both the billing and delivery addresses were correct. The order was never shipped, never handed to UPS, and I never received any tracking information.
Just before Christmas, Lemberg Kaviar let us down. The lack of communication, vague responses, and the decision to cancel a large order without notice reflects very poorly on their reputation. This was intended as a special Christmas treat, and the situation caused significant disappointment.
Based on this experience, I would not order from Lemberg Kaviar again and cannot recommend them.
Very slow service/scam
Very slow service. Ordered on 22 November and they feed us with breakfast since then. Nothing arrived, not possible to reach them. 6kg of caviar is just sitting up there and waiting to be sent. Meanwhile they post on website asking to order before 19 December so people can get their caviar by 31st. It is going to be a month since we placed order. Terrible service or just scam I don’t know. Chargeback trough bank will be initiated
I am extremely disappointed with Lemberg’s customer service
The company made a major mistake: instead of my order worth €330, they sent me a package worth almost €1,000 — two 500 g jars of black caviar and two jars of keta caviar. I immediately and honestly informed them about the mistake. I didn’t try to hide it or take advantage of the situation, even though the goods were three times more expensive than my order.
I stored their expensive caviar properly in the refrigerator for three days, kept the ice in the freezer, and prepared everything for the return as carefully as possible.
To return the package, I had to spend the entire day at home, skip work, and wait for the courier until 19:00.
This was their mistake — but all the inconvenience fell on me.
And what did I receive in return?
Nothing. Absolutely no appreciation. My simple request for a small 30 g jar of caviar (priced at €28.50!) was completely ignored.
So a customer behaves honestly, returns products worth nearly a thousand euros…
And the company doesn’t even bother to reply.
This attitude speaks for itself.
I had planned to order from them regularly — now definitely not.
It is very disappointing that Lemberg’s customer service is so weak and indifferent.
I do not recommend this company if honesty, respect, and proper communication matter to you.
My order no
My order no. 10594 was not delivered. UPS marked it as delivered, but I never received it. I tried to contact UPS, but according to their policy, the sender must be the one to initiate an investigation. I reported the issue to Lemberg, but I haven’t received any response from them. Of course I will have to initiate chargeback.
Update: based on the UPS tracking, the order was delivered back to the seller. However, the seller still have not returned the money, dispute is in progress and they even try to contest!
Dishonest and fraudulent company, avoid them!
Unprofessional Conduct and Poor Customer Service at Lemberg
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following my recent visit to your shop during your anniversary caviar tasting event(25/10/25)
Having been a loyal customer for over two years, I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that reflects the quality of your brand — unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
From the moment I arrived, it was evident that certain customers were treated preferentially. The staff appeared attentive only to guests carrying designer bags or accompanied by foreign partners, while others — were met with indifference and dismissiveness. This selective attitude is both unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.
The staff’s behaviour( customer assistant’s one) is extremely rude!
When I inquired about the expiry date of the caviar I intended to purchase (which was the 17th of November 2025), I was met with eye-rolling and an unhelpful remark: “We will have new caviar before New Year, but it will not be under discount.”
The dismissive tone and lack of courtesy were unacceptable. I found this especially offensive as I was purchasing the items as a gift and had every right to ask about freshness. I was about to purchase 5 cans of caviar, but then wondered what the expiry date was. And it happened to be used before 17/11/25 and 5/12/25! Seriously?! Should I have eaten 5 cans of caviar in one go, because it expired soon!????!
What’s more concerning is that this is not the first time I’ve encountered such behaviour from the same customer assistant!
If Lemberg wishes to maintain an image of European quality and sophistication, it must start with the people representing your brand. As it stands, your staff’s attitude damages your reputation more than any product issue ever could!!!!

Calling Ukraine “the Republic of Ukraine” is unacceptable
I was very disappointed to see that Lemberg Lebensmittel GmbH refuses to deliver to Ukraine, referring to it as “the Republic of Ukraine.” This terminology is incorrect and echoes Russian propaganda.
Even if there are logistical reasons for not shipping there, the wording feels disrespectful and insensitive, especially given the ongoing war. I hope the company reviews its communication and shows proper respect for Ukraine’s sovereignty.

I placed an order almost a month ago and never received my product. I had to wait for weeks, and in the end, the order was not delivered. I did get a refund, but the whole experience was very frustrating. Very disappointed with the service and the company’s reliability. I will not order again.
