The urn is beautiful however, it's more like a candle holder with no enclosed place to put the remains. You would have to purchase a separate trinket to put the remains in the bottom of the candle holder or have the remains in a baggie at the bottom (tacky if you ask me). I just purchased a trinket to place in the bottom of the candle holder and put a little tea candle on top. It's very pretty but I wouldn't call it an "urn".

Initially excited about my order. Was disappointed to hear that my order had to be sent via regular mail due to cost of express shipping to Guam. This will extend delivery beyond the advertised period. I threatened to cancel the order but cooler heads prevailed. In explaining the reason for delays the CS representative called Guam an “unreachable lonely island in the middle of the pacific”…somewhat insulting to me as Guam is my island home. I hope the urn is top quality as I will return it if not satisfied.

Had an issue funding from America as my credit union was difficult so once I establish alternative payment method everything went smooth as I commend the gentleman that assisted me in completing the order as it was carried out expeditiously. Greatly appreciated. My loved one is in her final resting place. 🤝

Not only were all the service I received simply amazing ... but the urn is all I anticipated! What a wonderful resting place to honor my husband! I thank you for your kind assistance and for sending me an urn that meets all my expectations. I have been searching for a resting place for over three months and finally found exactly what I wanted to honor my husband and his life, well-lived.

I ordered a grave lantern which arrived pretty quickly to Canada.
3 out of the 4 glasses were broken, so I email and they shipped out 3 replacement glass.
When the product was originally shipped, I had to pay duty. No problem - I did it!
When the replacement glass was shipped, I again, had to pay duty on the entire cost of the grave lantern. I emailed and asked for a refund on the duty, to which they agreed. They sent me “proof” of the refund, except 4 weeks later, I still don’t have the refund on my credit card, and they stopped answering my emails. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Very easy to work with! Fast responses on proofing of item changes. Highly recommended. I hope I don't need their services again to soon but if so I will absolutely use them again.

I little rocky start, Kevin swooped in and smooth it all out. Item arrived on time. Box a little damaged but packed very well and no damages to product.

Here is something to ponder; I have had a black little velvet pillow made (not to much filling to fit in the tea light candle holder spot. Here I will place my Parents Wedding Bands. This is going in a niche and thought park fake candle, but like this option better. Something you might consider selling as an option for your customers.

Monument dealers in Chicago charge $1,500 for the same cemetery lantern. Got it here for $500 shipped. Great quality and design.

Took a very long time (2 1/2 months), but worth it!

I received a very misrepresented ugly cheap damaged urn, a fact the company agreed with. I said I would gladly return it for a refund if THEY pay return shipping. They refused to pay the return shipping upfront and want ME to first pay over $60 USD to ship it to The Netherlands, before they “claim” they’ll reimburse me the shipping!

I searched for many hours on line trying to find the right urn for my beloved husband. When I came across the sculpture titled “Eternal Love” I immediately knew that was what I wanted for his final resting place. It is like a beautiful piece of art and fits the decor of my home. It makes my heart feel less heavy when I look at it.

I ordered a large urn and 4 matching keepsakes on February 09, 2022. The estimated shipping was 5 to 6 weeks. Due to them being special ordered. I did not hear anything after 6 weeks and contacted Legend Urns. They responded saying they would contact the seller. Another 2 weeks went by with no response. Bottom line it took exactly 12 weeks to receive the urns. All the while the funeral plans were on hold, waiting for the urns. The urns were beautiful and well crafted. My only complaint would be the time delay.

The piece is beautiful, but I expected it to be bigger. And the hole at the bottom is very small.
