I have researched other sites, and they were not as user friendly as LegalNature. I was able to complete a Power of Attorney form on line and more importantly print it out.

My attorney wanted to charge me $450 to legalize my POA, but I was able to download both Durable and Medical in one shot. So, I appreciate the lower price of $39 for your service.

To get a certificate of good standing

To get a certificate of good standing. And to get evidence of business structure. And the evidence a good standing all I know of that with the Secretary of State of. Is a trade name I didn’t know they worded it different. Trade name I can get anytime from the secretary, State, but they couldn’t help me with evidence of business structure. And there is no sense to me. Keep paying you for nothing so I’m canceling my subscription with you. 8/13/2026 I started on8/6/ 2026.

Michael came to my husband's hospital…

Michael came to my husband's hospital room when he said he would. He took time to explain the forms to my husband and me patiently. He made sure that we understood what they said and what we were signing. I received a receipt on my phone before he even left us. He was very good.
