Cheap and good counselling
Had to make around 7 documents. Went to a lawyer and got an offer at 20.000 DKK. Was solved by LegalDesk at 5700 DKK. This is great financial value, and I only spent around 2-3 hours fixing my documents.
Also, I want to highlight that the system is very easy and you get good allround counselling by their system that lets you know the pros/cons of each choice you make in the documents.
Great innovation/entrepenruship by the founders and their emoloyees! I will recommend Legaldesk to every person I know!

Non-Eu Owner - easier choice
I'm a non-eu foreigner starting a company in Denmark (I also have a bit of a complicated case that I needed more support with). Overall the automated process and language used in registering was easier than Virk. You'll need to pay an extra fee for the additional paperwork as a foreigner on top of the registration fee. But if you don't want the stress of figuring out everyone on your own or the high prices of individual lawyers, I'd go with the set-up and ease of Legadesk.
Since registering I've had great service and follow-up on the progress of getting the next steps of my business ready. That I appreciate as just starting up a business they're already so much to think about. The extra consideration allows me to consider continuing with them for other future services.

On the website
On the website, they make you believe that there is some sort of digital signing for the documents.
But in reality, the website just generates a letter with whatever you enter in the form.
The document have no legal value.
So just get a template from the internet and write the document yourself.

Outstanding customer service
A mistake was made in the submission of our prenuptial agreement. After the document's official registration was complete, once my wife and I realise about the issue, we came to legaldesk.dk for aid in solving the prenup registration problem.
They always responded to our inquiries fast and, not only covered all the costs of making a new registration, but also refunded us 10% of our purchase.
Mistakes might happen, and legaldesk.dk is able to handle them in a professional and pleasant manner even as time has passed after the initial service is provided. They seem to care about the long-term relationship with their clients.
