As a professional property developer I have bought many a house, I was in my youth an estate agent myself, so my bar is set rather high...This pair of true professionals absolutely rekindled my faith in the profession. Both Wayne and Laura have an extensive knowledge of their business and the marketplace they work within. Excellent service and outstanding photography goes without saying. The extra effort and lack of fear to speak ones mind were my highlights. It's easy to please the customer just for the instruction. Something quite different to stand up and question the customer and tell them what they should do... Wayne and Laura were excellent from start to finish. Very professional photos taken by Wayne, good advertising on rightmove etc and great communication took away a lot of the stress. Our sale fell through twice (no fault of the agent) and the speed we were back on the market with viewings coming in was incredible. I have recommended this agent to anybody that has mentioned moving house and will not hestitate to use them again
