Unreliable

Ordered a PS5 on the 16th of November and still have not received anything. It has been a month now and the only thing I have gotten is a tracking number which hasn't been updated at all. Seems like I have been scammed with an overpriced PS5.

I see them replying to reviews saying that they have tried calling multiple times but instead of blaming the customer, you should fix the issue straight up as that is your job.

Gonna contact customer affairs if I don't receive any updates today.

As per review from Jeff below. I purchased a PS5 even earlier on the 6th November. I also have received a tracking number but when clicking on it it states it is either waiting to be picked up from the sender or ready for sorting. After contacting LEERDO several times they responded to me by email on the 4 December that they have referred to the mainling room. I have emailed LEERDO multiple times chasing an update since. They only list a mobile that always goes to voicemail. I too will chase a refund and be referring this to consumer affairs unless I get a response in the next 24 hours. Oh and their online messanger also does not respond

Buyer Beware!

I purchased a PS5 on 18 November. I have received a tracking number but when clicking on it it states it is either waiting to be picked up from the sender or ready for sorting. After contacting LEERDO several times they told me on the 14 December that it should be scanned today. As it is a Xmas present for our kids i offered to drive to Melbourne to collect it. I have emailed LEERDO again today asking for clarity on the status/whereabouts of my order. I emailed them again today requesting a refund or for the goods to be delivered by Monday 20 December or I will be contacting consumer affairs.

PS5 still not sent well after “processing times”

I Purchased a ps5 for a Christmas present well over the “processing” time listed on the website. we still have not even received a tracking number despite multiple attempts to contact leerdo requesting one and have only received one reply, last week. The reply stated our parcel is “waiting to be collected” and we have heard nothing since. We will be contacting consumer affairs if the parcel is not sent today.

I am currently worried because I ordered a ps5 on 1/12/21 and yet no respond. I emailed the company two days ago and still no respond . This ps5 is a Christmas present and I would appreciate it sooo much if it comes before Christmas . I would appreciate it more if the company can respond back to my email and tell me what’s happening to my order

It’s been 2 weeks and got a response

Just wrote a review about how I unsure about everything and thought I was wasting my money because I hadn’t heard a response from them in two weeks.. but, not long after it was shipped out and they contacted me to ensure that the delivery was actually ahead of schedule! Can’t wait to receive the PS5.. thanks Leerdo.

I find it really interesting the three…

I find it really interesting the three positive reviews have appeared, claiming that they have received their PS5 delivery within 10 days. They claim to have been ordered well after my order on the 29th of Oct. It is now the 8th of December and I still have not received mine. I would really question the legitimacy of these reviews.... If they are correct then Leerdo needs to review the dispatch process and couries that they use.

Just following on from the below reply. According to google it takes around 20 days to walk from SA to WA. This is a similar ETA that I have now received from you courier company. If the item does arrive on the 16th of Dec, this will have been 7 weeks from when the item was first ordered. Your website indicates 10 days is the estimate delivery time..... This appears to the be the same delivery time as many of the mysterious postive reviews below. This is despite my order being placed many weeks prior and still not being delivered.

Ordered 2 pairs of Jordans from them…

Ordered 2 pairs of Jordans from them over 2 weeks ago as a birthday present and received the first pair from them within a few days which was amazing but the second pair I ordered from them (which I placed literally an hour after I ordered the first pair) I haven’t received any updates on them at all no shipping/tracking info or anything, I’ve also tried to email them multiple times but still haven’t received an answer which kind of sucks because I’ve heard nothin but great reviews about this store and it’s a little disappointing when you’re left in the dark about what’s happening especially when you’ve spent quite a bit of money on the shoes.

I have ordered a PS5 almost over 2…

I have ordered a PS5 almost over 2 weeks ago and is for a Christmas present to someone in the states, however I have not received a dispatch/shipment confirmation email and have not been able to get in touch with anyone since. Am disappointed in the lack of communication therefore won’t be ordering from here again.

PS 5 digital

Bought a PS5 digital, and really happy with the purchase. Takes 2 weeks to process the order and to resend the tracking information.
All in all, 5 star experience!

Purchased PS5 online, I was skeptical at first but I spoke to the team over the phone and they told me it would take about 10 days to be processed. It arrived soon after that. Very happy as it was for my son.

great customer service

I’ve bought from them multiple times, good customer service and shipping arrived quickly! Definitely recommend purchasing from them if your looking for a PlayStation 5 or any shoes. LEEDRO ON TOP !

Slow and steady.

Bought a Series X from them. 3 days after buying they packaged it for delivery but when the shipping company came to collect it, they were closed so it wasn’t shipped. Annoyingly Leerdo don’t check their emails and it took 3 more weeks before they finally sent it. Just got it today, 23 days after purchase and it works fine. Just wish it didn’t take so long.
