Great customer service. Bought playstation 5 Digital from there physical store. Asked them multiple question before the purchase. They have answered all the question and they gave me small discount. Legit store.

As far as I can tell these guys are scammers. Told me they were shipping on 20 April, sent me a shipping number. 6 weeks later and still nothing. Whenever I contact them they say they will send it next week. Liars. Avoid like the plague.

Bought playstation 5 digi from thid store. To br honest they ship within two days. Recieved pretty fast. I will recommend them.

I ordered a PlayStation 5 digital version with an extra controller on the 8th of May and paid for express shipping. I received the PlayStation on the 13th of May. However, they didn't send me the extra controller. Contacted them by email on the same day and they said the extra controller would be shipped separately the following week to avoid damage, which they didn't mention on their website. It's been 2 weeks now and I still haven't received any update on when I can receive it.

They will not give me a refund as all the sale are final. And now they stop replying my email.

Very bad experience! Avoid this store!!!

Still waiting for PS5 disk edition ordered months ago. I received tracking number 3 weeks after I ordered, only after I emailed asking for an update.
After several emails of me asking and them saying it will be shipped within the week each time I'm now contacting zip pay to request a refund.

Stay away from this company! They are an absolute rip off and will steal your money. I purchased a PS5 online from them listed as in stock.

After getting an initial email confirming the order, I have not been able to contact them at all via email or phone for more than a month. I have received no shipping date and no further communication after they took my money.

They have literally stolen money from me and ignored me from then on. Any good reviews here or elsewhere have to fake as this has happened to many other people.

For the love of everything, please do not give them a cent. Im goin through all possible tribunals to get my money back

Horrible shopping experience and will tell all my friends not buy anything from them. They consistently tell you that the item is on the way to them, while after 2 months waiting, it is still on the way. When you asked for refund, they’ll tell you that’s is the final sale so they don’t do refund. Then the question is I paid the money and where is my product? If leerdo is not able to get the item they sell, how do they promise their customers it is on the way to them?

Anyone on here claiming they received their PlayStation 5 order within three weeks of ordering it is just a fake Leerdo employee lol most likely the owner of the company. Two weeks has passed since the shipping period. Checked the fake shipping number they sent me, has not even left the store. It’s actually so ridiculous that I can’t help but laugh at how dumb I was to fall this! I made the unfortunate mistake of not reading the reviews before my purchase. So if anyone is experiencing the same issues, I would encourage you to pursue all legal options available to you because this company is an absolute joke!! I’m not a reviews type of person but l am that pissed off I that I would be happy to jump on every single day of my life and leave a bad review!!!

This company is dishonest, misleading and hard to get in touch with.

I unfortunately missed the 15 DAY PROCESSING TIME bullcrap that they slipped into their ad.
After reading that i immediately asked for my money back (day later!) Only to be sent an email saying that all sales are final. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!.
after sending another email after the waiting time had elapsed i got the usual fake tracking information from this company that so many others have .

Then after a week of no movement on the package (no shock there) they sent me an email saying that there despatch crew had covid and that i should expect delays.

Now spending my Saturday, lodging a complaint with the fair trade ombudsman.
Please heed this waring and steer clear of this company.

Guys, if you ordered a #PS5 from them, you have to be patient, Yes, you will get your #PS5 at the end! However, from my case, the waiting period is about 2 months…

If I could rate below 0 stars I would have.
Please stay away from this so called "company".
I purchased an order and still weeks later no tracking information was provided, I just kept getting the run around when calling or emailing them about the order.
If you have to order through them then allow atleast 6 months for the nonsense back and forth and be prepared to be disappointed with every outcome.

I ordered a PS5 on March 25, recieved a tracking number 15 business days later and like many other people here Aus Post never recieved a package, when I contacted Leerdo they blamed the public holidays for the delay and it would be sorted. Still not sorted to this day. I have contacted the ACCC and they put me on to Consumer Affairs Victoria. I have had communications will a very helpful lady there and forwarded all the dialogue between myself and Leerdo. She is following closely to see what the outcome is.

Do not purchase anything from here, you will not receive your full items. I ordered a ps5 with a extra controller in December as a birthday gift and it came nearly 2 months later which was disappointing I contacted the store and got no answers and also email and still no response for days till I got in contact with the Afterpay crew to go chase them for a refund.

The good news is the ps5 came after months of waiting and I still haven’t received the extra controller till this day I contact the store nearly everyday and they kept saying is going to arrive on Monday ever since December.

Horrible customer service exeperiecne ordered a play station 5 disk version W/ extra controller (Order # 9480) on the 26/03 - processing time 15 days max still waiting for it to be delviered and they ignore all request to refund or cancel the order (Via email and phone call) stating it has been processed even though Auspost have confirmed they still have not recived the PS5 and they admit they have not sent it yet, dont waste your money and time with Leerdo happy to take your money not happy to deliver the products in a reasonable time frame or comply with State and federal consumer standards.
