Appalling.
Thay cannot get my address correct, so cannot be delivered.
So I get offered a 40% refund for their inability to print a correct address.

Being named LeelyUK, I assumed they were a British company. No, another Chinese ripoff scam.

I ordered my $220 dress because they said that it would be shipped within 48 hours. I ordered expedited shipping and it said 3-8 days. After 3 days my dress wasn't shipped yet and I messaged them and they said that they had a lot of orders right now. I then wanted to cancel my order and they only gave me 50% refund because it was after 3 days. Would not recommend. False advertising. Also, I found a similar dress at Macy's on sale. If you have a Macy's near you, I would check that out before ordering from this store.

Really really bad. Ordered a dress for daughter’s prom, the fit was very small around the hips. The dress cost £100 and the finish of the dress was very bad, looked like it had just been knocked up to order in a sweatshop … no lining, no tags, and poorly made. I asked for a refund and was told to keep the dress and they would give me some of the money back. I want to send the dress back and get full refund. But I have to send it back to china with no guarantee I will receive my money back after they take handling fees, administrative fees and my payment for delivery. SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA
Have now reported this company to ftc.gov.
The website Leely uk, leads you to believe they are running from the uk, so why do I need to send the dress back to china!!
Also 5 star reviews are fake, as I realised someone had used my name to make a good review 1 month ago, which did not come from me. I have removed it. I’m taking it some of these other 5 star reviews are people that have just ordered their dresses and unaware that they are being used to make good reviews and they are probably sat waiting for a dress that may or may not turn up and probably won’t fit when it does eventually arrive!!! ‼️

Absolutely appalling company who tried to refuse me a refund for whilst I was still inside the return window. As soon as I threatened legal action they refunded me without even asking for the dress back. The dress arrived stinking of plastic and felt so hard and cheap and it had a rip in it.

This company is in china. We ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I’ve sent it back because it was too small. This cost £38.00 with Royal Mail. It’s been with their customs now for 2 weeks. Correspondence with them made it appear that I would have a refund as soon as I sent it. They then said that I would have to wait until they received it.

Likely going to have to purchase another dress soon. Her prom is in 4 weeks time.

The shipping was not the issue here it arrived according to when it said it would it’s the fact the item does not match what’s on the website it’s ridiculous the sizing is also horrendous but at your own risk waste of money!!!

I had ordered an item and it didn’t fit correctly so I requested a refund with return of the item but they were not ready to refund even half the price of the item. The customer service was very rude and not very supportive. I said I didn’t want the shipment charge just refund the cost of the item, they were not even willing to do that. Very bad service and disappointing.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here with express shipping, took over 6 weeks to arrive.

When it arrived it did not fit, very small sizing. To request a return you need to email them and you only have 7 days. I emailed 2 days after the item arrived. They are doing everything to try and stall the return.

First they wanted to know why I want to return (I included this in my initial email). Then they offered me £5 and to keep the item !!! A £100 dress that doesn’t fit!!! Now I am awaiting if I can return to USA or Texas (shipping at my expense). I already know I am going to have issues doing this, not one review on here has been able to return.

Avoid this company like the plague!

Terrible experience with this company. Still waiting on a refund for two dresses that were horrendous quality, hems not finished and stitching not complete. I had to fight to obtain the return address from them, after days of offers via email (when they replied) ‘keep the dresses and have a 2% refund’ ‘have a $50 credit’. Finally after getting the address, they require photos of the return and tracking, at your cost. All while saying you must return them in 7 days. After all this, they ask can you email us when it says it’s been delivered to remind us to refund you! STILL waiting on that refund! I ordered a dress from Aritzia, wrong size, exchanged it and got my refund and new dress, turn around time less than a week. STAY AWAY from Leely!

Honestly, there are probably better alternatives for dresses because these do feel quite cheap, however, for the price of the dresses, this is an amazing website.

I ordered my promdress around a month ago, and i was quite sceptical of it at first (especially because i ordered something with no reviews on that website). After i ordered it and I decided to check the trustpilot reviews my heart SANK so hard. It took around a month for my package to be shipped here. Please take that into precaution if you are here to buy something last-minute because it won’t come in time. If you want a prom dress that feels a bit less cheap just go to a prom dress shop.

The dress that came fits me PERFECTLY and its honestly so gorgeous. I am extremely glad that I ordered it from this website. I wish the shipping time was a bit quicker but im still very pleased with my dress.

I ordered a maroon dress from LeelyUK. What I received was black. Not a slight shade difference -black. I contacted their customer service, expecting a resolution. Instead, I was told the dress was correct and offered a partial refund (a fraction of what I paid) to keep a dress I didn’t order.

This company is misleading customers with inaccurate product images and refuses to take accountability. The quality is poor, the colour is wrong, and the service is laughable. Don’t waste your time or money. This is not a reputable retailer - it’s a scam dressed up as fashion.

We ordered a bridesmaid dress when it finally arrived it was an awful quality and didn’t fit either. I started a return only for them to refuse and offer me to keep the dress and receive a £10 voucher!! I naturally refused that and politely pointed out their refund policy only for them to up the voucher to £20! They then ignored my emails but luckily I had paid through PayPal so started a dispute through them and it was quickly solved and I received my money back.
I would not recommend this company they are Chinese so don’t care and they also scam you by making you post it back to either china or in our case the USA !!
Funnily there was a program on the tv about these sites and how they make out they are UK companies and how they are scamming people so hopefully the government will clamp down on them!

I ordered a dress on May 2 to wear for my graduation on May 29th. Didnt receive a tracking number until 2 weeks after purchase and ended up having to buy a backup dress. Wore the backup, dress delivered after my graduation was over :( The website says 7-10 days shipping but it was well over 3 weeks. Not to mention, customer service was a nightmare. Do not buy from here!!!!

I ordered a dress the material is disgusting and the size is wrong. Please dont order from this company. They are not in the Uk Its all a scam those images on website is not the same.

I'm going against the grain here as I've actually had a good experience with this company - much to my surprise, to be honest! I ordered a dress 10 days ago with standard shipping (making it 8 working days ago) and stupidly didn't look at the reviews before I ordered. Held absolutely no hope that it would arrive in time and actually bought a different dress in case as my event is tomorrow, but it's here.
It's really lovely, decent enough quality, exactly like the photo (Burnout Velvet Dark Green Dress). I'd warn you that their sizes run small - I'm usually a size 16 due to a big bust, but this is tight around my chest in the XL. Size up by one more than you think you'll need.
After initially reading all the bad reviews I got in touch with Leely to politely ask them to send it asap. Response was automated, but they've done it so I'm pleased. In future I'd definitely order at least 2/3 weeks in advance.

Generic responses, which are not helpful or specific. Placed order with extra time to allow for delays. Dress has not arrived, tracking not changed for over a week ( appears to be still in China) and now have to spend on a new dress. Absolute rubbish - avoid

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The quality of the clothes I received was far below expectations — cheap materials that certainly don’t justify the high prices. On top of that, the delivery was extensively delayed with no clear communication or updates along the way.
The refund process has been equally frustrating — unclear, unnecessarily complicated and slow. It’s clear the company does not prioritize customer satisfaction or transparency. Communication with customer service has been poor, adding to the stress of the situation.
Overall, this has been a highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this site.

I ordered multiple dresses for my bridesmaids for my wedding in July. The dresses arrived late and many were not the colour I had ordered. Others had missing pieces and hem lines that did not match the images on the website. I had a long discussion before purchasing with the service team and was not made aware of the 7 day refund policy. Which is madness. I now have £1000 of dresses they will not refund, despite the faults and these can not be worn as they don’t match the theme. I have sent many messages to the team and had no reply. I have been on the website many times and can see the colour doesn’t update when you order, so don’t you will not get what you want or what you asked for. Bridesmaids service 0/10
