Excellent service, easy and simply to book parking 😀 👌

Excellent experience, no problems, straight in, parked straight away, no stress before our holiday that’s how you like it to be! On way home straight to car and out really good, no waiting times, everything sign posted great 👍

All went well. Perhaps the site could do with a simple bird's eye view map as you enter the Long Stay area from the Mid Stay to show the different areas. I could remember where I parked but after the week away I had forgotten the route to it. You may suggest using the bus, but after being squashed into an aeroplane for a while I was glad of the walk from arrivals to my car!

Booked on line arrived on day barrier opened with car reg. Found space quite easily. Notice said not to park on yellow lines which is a bit confusing as most parking bays marked with yellow lines . Luckily no damage to car on return as spaces seem quite tight and a different vehicle parked next to mine then when I parked

Really impressed with the new renovations at Leeds Bradford Airport, the new departure area looks great and is a massive improvement.

However, I couldn’t believe that after spending all that money on a brand-new bar area, there was no Guinness available! As a Yorkshire airport with plenty of passengers heading off on holiday looking forward to their first pint, surely Guinness has to be a staple on the bar.

Lovely new terminal, but please get Guinness on draught!

Great experience flying first time from Leeds. Easy smooth parking and bus transfer was quick and stress free. The drivers are lovley as well!

Brilliant, parking close to the airport.I have mobility issues and always worry about how far I have to walk. A person to talk to not a machine.
Would highly recommend.

Easy directions to the car park. Plenty of available spaces. Bus stop was very near and shuttle bus arrived in 2 to 3 minutes and dropped us off within a few minutes outside departures. When we returned from holiday we went to the bus stop and again the shuttle arrived in a couple of minutes and 5 minutes later we were at our car. Excellent service and very stress free which is so important

The staff were truly amazing, after an emergency that made us almost miss our flight the staff really went out of their way to get us to the gate before it closed, Thank you so much

I was the victim of a scam that resulted in us having no parking arrangements when we arrived at the airport. The staff in the ‘Meet and Greet’ cabin were exceptional.

Close to the terminal buses frequently plenty of spaces in August

I don’t normally use long stay car parks as I prefer meet and greet. I was very impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was. Didn’t wait more than 5 mins for a bus and the journey was literally 3 / 4 minutes.

Car park easy to find. Car was ready and waiting when we got back. Simple and easy.

This airport is horrible. Old and in need of a paint job. Corridors going eveywhere. The security is like being in a dungeon. Too small for it's purpose and dark with no windows. People trying to sort out their own baggage, which can come through on any slide. So crowded at peak times. The Assisted Travel room is just terrible. Its complely dark with no freash air or windows. Some of the staff are disinterested, wont push you themselves, and refuse to let anyone travel as an assistant. I understand they have recently built a new extention, which we did use. This was better, but to get to it was a long walk, or push in my case. The fancy news wooden benches are really terrible to sit on. Hard wood with slats?

The long stay carpark at Leeds Bradford airport is easy to navigate. There's a shuttle bus every 10/15minutes if you don't want to walk to the airport. Easy and efficient.

Very easy to enter but was blocked on exit was an easy fix just used the call button but was annoyed as it initially asked for £117
