I did a review last year for Ledlenser, as their customer service did not know what they guaranteed, and chose to claim the strap was not part of my guarantee, had to contact the CEO to get it sorted, which was. Now researching and alternative headtorch and will not be using this company, no matter what and where has my negative review gone? Not good, shoddy tactics to show a better review than they have. Apology not needed, action to know customer rights, should not be ignored.

Keyring torch small and lightweight but no button lock,beam could be a bit more of a spot, for the price very good

I wanted a torch to keep in my bag just incase. I have several Ledlenser torches and know what good quality they are.
It's very small for a wallet. I think anyway, but ideal to keep with my wallet.
I can't fault it and I'm happy with the purchase, a bit expensive but hey-ho that's life.

I bought a NEO1R headtorch that unfortunately had issues from arrival. The solitary button was sometimes unresponsive- staying on / off. Hanging when changing function. I was offered a replacement/ refund. I accepted a replacement as i was otherwise happy with the torch, and they just refunded me, then ignored my messages and finally deleted my negative feedback.

This company is outstanding when it comes to warranty on a product.They are hassle and quibble free.Nothing is too much for them.There products are also excellent,albeit they are a touch expensive but thats supported and of course to funs the excellent after service and warranty.Well done,so far I will be a customer for life and reccomend others

Really good and reliable brand, been looking for a new charging cable for my Ledlenser head lamp which I owned now for three years. Website is really nice and easy for use. Delivery was excellent and I am quite sure use your business again. Highly recommended for my fishing mates.

After having a led lenser headtorch for 7 years the strap perished . I contacted customer services and they sent Me one that had been on another returned item for nothing as they had none in stock

After many years of good use my P7 light with remote switch had been damaged. I rang Ledlenser to see if the part was still available to purchase . Tech support answered the call swiftly and offered to send out a replacement "free of charge" , which arrived next day post at their expense . This level of customer service is rare these days . Quality products , backed up by excellent customer service .

I ordered a Ledlenser P7R Core Rechargeable LED Torch from this website which arrived on time and in working order. However, a free K3 torch was supposed to be included, much to my disappointment it did not. I emailed customer services twice (48 hours apart) and received no response other than an automated email which informed me that I would receive a real response in 48 hours (which I didn’t). Not great that this company makes a promise and does not deliver on it or make any effort to deliver upon specific customer request.

Fast delivery for a customised torch with engraving. Ledlenser torch are excellent and have various models and use them at work on a daily basis.

Excellent torch - wow! Super bright. Arrived on time, and all good. Most people wouldn't spend that amount of money on a torch - but compared with what you get for a cheap import.... it's chalk and cheese. A real quality product, and you know it when you hold it in your hand - and when you switch it on. Would definitely buy again.

First class service , sent item back , 2 years old, problem with cable on head torch, sent new replacement back to me one day later, already have another torch which is 5 years old , top company, great items and aftersales service
