Purchased a GreenPan less than 9 months ago which cost over 100 euros. The description says that the pan can take up to 450 celsius without any deform, and GreenPan's official website says they provide 2 year warranty for this type of pan. However, after using it for a month, it started to develop dark areas, and now most of the pan is burned while I've only used it on normal family stove (medium-high). I reached out to the company and showed them photos of the pan, and they said they the frying pan is burned due to excessive temperature therefore they won't do anything about it.
Excellent Customer Service from Lecuine. Alfredo was particularly helpful and as an added bonus he speaks perfect English. Would definitely us Lecuine again.
