Dimitra from Tech Support is an absolute star! We use LearnWorlds to deliver training to enterprises, and it's a fantastic tool with an easy user interface. It does have some shortcomings, like the data being linked to exams and self-assessments rather than being stored in a database.

Our team accidentally edited an exam (including deleting some questions) without realising this deletes responses from learners. This was a massive issue for our team.

I contacted Dimitra and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. She got in touch with their Dev team who were able to restore the exam to its original form before we edited it, allowing us to get access to all the data.

Great platform and an even customer support team. Super fast to reply and always help out.

We changed to LearnWorlds from another platform. We have two educational systems with LearnWorlds. It was very easy to recreate.

The support I've gotten from LW always comes with a lot of patience. Today, I kept making the same mistakes in replicating upcoming courses from one page to another but the fix was easy thanks to Lucca's directions and now I won't mess this up in the future. It's a great relief! And easy.
