Emergency
They are not letting me get my funds back. Needed it for emergency but they are giving me reasons so they can keep it. Looking for ways to file a complain since I still have the receipt and all.

Forex Course experience
It was a great experience to see an overview on how forex trading is. Our mentor (Richard Narido) is competent and knowledgeable in this field. He clearly explains and answers all topics and queries.
In regards to their customer support, Katey is helpful answering queries as well. Though the downside is they asked me to open a SmartCharts account too early prior the forex class, that's why I encountered that my demo account expired mid-class. If it will only be opened a date close to the training date, I could've maximized the demo and made more practice trainings and apply what I learned from the class. Lastly, the enrollment fee is quite pricey, though I know that it will yield a good return in the future.

Highly Recommended. The best forex training I have attended so far, the program flow is well organized, and the trainer (Sir Richard Narido) is a master of his craft. Customer Service is superb! The only downside to this is the hefty sum involved, which is not for everyone, but considering the reward, it's worth everything! The 3-day learning experience that I had with them already gave me an overview of what a trillion-dollar market looks like and how to take advantage of it at every turn. I would love to go as far as learning goes, but certain circumstances hinder me from doing so. Another time, another opportunity Learn to Trade Philippines, thank you so much for the added skill and knowledge.

I didn't feel any anxiousness all throughout the enrolment process and learning course. The coaches and staff are all trustworthy and friendly. It never felt that I would be in trouble in any way, in contrary, I feel like they will help and support me achieve my dreams.

Financial Awakening
The concept of FOREX trading has a negative connotation to my friends and family. When I say that I want to try FOREX trading, they will respond, "Ingat ka, maraming na-scam jan". So I search for what I think is a legit entity, and I found Learn to Trade Philippines. Quite hesitant at first, but after the first day of training, I think I made the right decision. Being uneducated in the financial world is the disadvantage of the Filipino people and I want to be awaken and educated in this opportunity. God Bless Learn to Trade for giving the Filipino people a chance to discover and learn how to traverse the road less travelled aka FOREX trading:)

I dared to trek a road less traveled, more so, the language of forex trading and SmartChart was “alien” to me thus; it was not easy for me to comprehend. But the non-threatening approach of our trainer, Richard, and the other kind-hearted coaches allowed me to go through my slow learning process with a HOPEFUL PIP! Learn to trade is great for beginners!
For people who are trading beginners like myself and have no prior experience, the LTT is really beneficial. It provides understanding of what forex trading actually is. The coaches are excellent and very patient with us, especially coach Richard, coach Ely, coach Kael, coach Kris, and coach Daniel. Furthermore, they share their knowledge and experiences. The atmosphere in the LTT office is excellent; it's really clean and makes you want to learn when you're inside. Additionally, everyone there is friendly and approachable. SmartCharts is incredibly user-friendly for beginners and convenient. I enjoy it. 11/10!!

Great Learning Experience
The ambiance of the office is very conducive for learning.
Smartcharts is very technical. I do suggest all beginners to hopefully read the reading materials in advance, at least the fundamentals.
Coaches are very friendly and approachable. Some may be quite intimidating, I'll be honest. But the coaches who do the webinars or the onsite class, were more approachable. They may also be challenging at times, which is good to validate more of our understanding of the topic.
