Affordable but not value for money as too easy

We used Learning Street as their products were recommended for relatively late 11+ preparation. We used material recommended for the Sutton exams and the Maths boost programme.

The English material claimed to be uniquely tailored to the Sutton exam, and its focus on English. The material actually seems to be very out of date - lots of concentration on homophones and vocabulary. These days the Sutton test has 1 comprehension with a particular style of multiple choice (multi-answer) test, and this wasn't reflected at all in the materials. It is not at all clear why learning the names of baby animals helped prepare for this.....

The Maths pack was good for getting the basics of KS2 maths in place at speed but got nowhere near the complexity of the maths problems in the 'super-selectives', particularly the stage 2 test. Once we realised this we had to look elsewhere to find this.

Affordable but NOT value for money.
