Took numerous calls when chair was inoperative . Service wasn’t restored for two weeks. The battery was bad after only being installed for four months! I can not recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Only stated using lift on September 20 and has been down twice first time 4 or 5 days this time it has been down since a week ago Saturday. We got this because my 19 year old grandson became a double amputee. Not happy at all would like it taken out. Would not recommend.

Good product, on expensive side. Service response needs improvement. Had a problem with chair hitting wall and it took 6 calls to get them to come out and adjust it. Works great now.

Everyone was so kind. Nick the salesman was great and put up with my indecisions. Ray the installer was very nice and helpful with instructions for use.

Some confusion on time and date of installation. Manager sent instructions to wrong installer with the same first name. The installer took his time to make sure everything worked OK We are satisfied with the stairlift operation and quality so far

Installer disconnected a three way light switch upstairs. We’ve put in work orders to have it reconnected but no one will call us back. Also salesman quoted a chair lift but company did not install the lift quoted.

I had the stairlift installed on 09/11/24. From the beginning we had trouble every time it needed to go downstairs. I called the company at 1-866-320-5477 on 09/23/17 and was told they would call back within two days. It completely quit working on 09/26/24. I called 4 times today (09/27/24) and keep getting the "run-around". Now it is almost 5:30 p.m. and it looks like my husband (who had hip surgery) will be stuck upstairs all weekend. Wish I had read some of these bad reviews before buying from this company!

Terrible company. I am a design professional and have as-built drawings of the existing stair. There is just too much red tape just to get a preliminary price. They said I would need Power of Attorney from my parents before anybody could out to do a field survey to verify existing conditions before I could get a price.

Installer installed the stair lift (12' straight, indoors) quickly (two hours) and correctly. Stair lift works properly as designed, but I wish it ran about twice as fast as it does, but it better walking. Also, it's more expensive than other comparable stair lifts. The bottom line is that I'm satisfied with my purchase. Thanks for asking.

1year and 2 months ago I purchased a stairlift. For the 3rd time it stopped working and for the last 2 months I've been speaking to the service department answering service trying to get it serviced with no success. I've also sent emails to their contact center. Yesterday I went to their Summerville SC Office and was told they only handled other home items and gutters. The lifetime warranty on this product is not being honored as they won't even return my calls and emails. Sadly the gutters and home solutions departments don't even speak positively for this same company's product and service.

Got electricity from a switch control outlet. Have called salesman and sales nobody came out to fix yet.
