Avoid them!

I ordered CBD oil on the 15th of November from them, arrived in two days. I was happy but it quickly disappeared when I saw that the Best Before Date was expired. I sent them an email with picture to show the run out date and asked them what to do. Two days later I got a reply asking me to send more pictures of the box and the bottle to see the expired date and the order number. I sent these pictures and a screenshot of the order too to be clear. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them. I sent an other email to give me an update about my order but again no reply at all. No replacement oil or refund, nothing.
I am very disappointed because after the reviews I thought this company is a trusted company to order from but it is not.
Easy ordering, quick delivery but absolutely useless customer service when there is a problem.
Avoid them!
