Pathetic experience with leadsquared


Pathetic experience with LeadSquared. It's been 6 months, and they still haven't been able to implement the system as promised. They provided fake promises, meetings, emails, and everything else every single day just to show their work, but no one is getting this completed. Frustration is on a very high level, as you have to fight for every single thing that was committed. The team and the company are highly disappointing. Unethical Practises

Unethical approach of disabling some of the key features without a prior notice which should have been 90 days as per our agreement. The feature disabled is mission critical and is causing us loss of business.

The team is not responding and we have no solution to our problem.

Good CRM & reasonably priced

Love the automation features. Has reduced a lot of manual processes. Had evaluated multiple CRMs but they had very good feature list at a very reasonable price point.
