All doors delivered on time and kept…
All doors delivered on time and kept informed as to delivery time down to the last 5 minutes. Doors are still in packaging as these won’t be fitted until October when the new kitchen will be installed so don’t know quality of finish but expect that they will be as advertised.

Avoid unless you want damaged goods
Avoid as the after service is horrendous, if you receive damaged doors they virtually ignore you. They acknowledge they are damaged and ask you to keep them and then get a partial refund however if you say that you don't want to keep damaged doors and want a refund, you are then ignored. Absolutely disgusting that a company is happy to keep your money in exchange for damaged goods. The only good thing about this awful company is the wonderful delivery driver who was amazing, just ashame the company let's him down... Set the date as 3rd but obviously nothing has been resolved so it's ongoing

I ordered a door which arrived damaged
I ordered a door which arrived damaged. These things happen so can’t judge the company on that. However you can judge them on the customer service dealing with this.
I paid £60 for a 2 day delivery service which I have not received.
They are doing a promotion for eco delivery for £19.95 currently but can only offer me 50% off my express delivery which is literally there normal eco charge usually £29.95 so for all the hassle I get nothing and currently paying £10 more than what they are currently charging on a promotion.
They have said as I’m an existing customer they can’t refund me £40 and only charge £20. The £20 delivery is for new customer only.
This is the first and last time I will ever use this company. We have quite an extravagant style of decor and everyone always comments and asks about where we get different fixtures and fittings for the house. I will ensure and send them to this Trustpilot review and they can decide if they wish to purchase anything.
If you don’t wish to refund the delivery charge that’s fine we will complete a claim form with Barclays.
