Established in 1987, and a London Camera Exchange since 2015, we are located in the busy suburb of Gosforth, just a few minutes north of the city centre. We sell all of the best and newest bits of kit, from the leading manufacturers. We offer part exchange and have a comprehensive range of used equipment. Our very friendly team of five are all approachable and knowledgeable. We are all photographers as well as working within the shop, so its not only our business it's our personal interest. So we will always give you our honest advice and expertise.

I recently bought a modestly priced used camera from an LCE branch far from my home. As i was not sure when I would be at home to take delivery, I asked for shipment to be paused for 5 or so days. Many suppliers will say “yes” to such pause requests, but not all of them get the message through reliably to their couriers. With this LCE purchase, it all went through properly. Thank you!

I recently upgraded my canon R6 camera to the R6 mark 3. I also trade in a couple of lenses for a RF 200-800 telephoto lens. The whole process was very friendly and helpful. I got what I believe was good value for my old kit and good discounts on my new purchases. I highly recommend this company.

Mistakes happen both camera and a lens had problems. Store was apologetic and refund including postage promptly sorted. I have bought from Lce for quite some years and I believe in supporting one of the few camera stores left trading.
