Happy Wife, Happy Life!
My wife and I had our new kitchen flooring installed today and we are so blown away by how lovely it now looks.
From booking, to installation, we have had a great experience. Their representative visited us at home to complete the measurements and show us the samples - free of charge. From that the office team were in touch and helped with all aspects of the order.
Right through to fitting today, everyone has been exceptionally friendly and professional.

Excellent service start to finish!
Excellent service throughout. This is the second time I have used Lazy carpets. I had my carpets done in the bedrooms and hall and stairs, and then I have had my flooring done downstairs. Both times I had a great quote, with various options and different price ranges to choose from, along side a great range of colours and styles of flooring and carpets.
They got in touch the day before to let me know the time they would be arriving and the guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. I paid a very small fee for them to remove and reinstall the washing machine and to move the heavy fridge freezer, which I thought was a fantastic ad on. Very happy with the work they have done. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The sales lady steph was very helpful and took notice of what I wanted. Very polite and professional also very nice in general. The fitter was polite and did a very good job I am really pleased with the way he lifted my flooring no mess very tidy. I would highly recommend laxy carpets and will definitely be using them again in the future. Yes I am one happy customer 😊

The chap who fitted my carpet Mark was extremely friendly,hard working & obviously an expert in his line of work. I am “ over the moon” with the work he did & have had several relatives comment on how nice the house now looks. Excellent value for money, I would recommend Lazy Carpets to anyone. Ten out of Ten.

I am extremely disappointed, avoid the company
I am extremely disappointed with the service. It has been over 10 days, and the issue with my flooring remains unresolved. They did a poor job cutting the vinyl, leaving a hole under the washing machine that was also not sealed. They broke my front door without reason, and despite trying to fix it, they have ignored the washing machine issue completely. The formal complaint process is completely ineffective. They have not taken these problems seriously, and I have no confidence they will fix them. This entire complaint process is a waste of time, and I strongly do not recommend this company. After my review maybe they will take these problems seriously and they asked to remove some information from my review.

we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the issues you have raised following your installation and we appreciate your patience whilst we dealt with this.
Our fitting manager has spoken to you regarding the issues and has
been out to visit you today as previously arranged, he has looked at the flooring and explained the vinyl has been ripped by the washing machine being pushed back under the cupboard, he has arranged for the fitters to repair the vinyl when they call back to replace your front door plate.
We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and customer service, and will always work towards achieving an amicable resolution with any concerns raised.
We did ask that you remove a member of staffs name from your previous review, which i'm sure you can understand.

Great Service
I enquired about buying a carpet from Lazy Carpets and they contacted me straight away and a gentleman was out the next day to measure my room..carpet got fitted the following week..great service..carpets fitters were friendly..overall very happy and will be contacting them again in the near future.

Lee fitted flooring in our living room and conservatory today, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The flooring looks absolutely brilliant, and the quality of his work is excellent.
Lee was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the day. He even offered to help us bring in some boxes, which was greatly appreciated. He also cleaned up thoroughly after himself, leaving everything neat and tidy once the job was completed.
We're extremely pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for flooring work. Thank you, Lee!
