I recently used Pete from this company to tidy up my garden and replace my turf with artificial grass.
From the get go Pete was very fast to respond to my enquiry and come over to see the garden to estimate the cost of the work.
Pete is efficient and works in a very tidy manner. The quality of work is fab and the pricing was fair. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him and the company again for future gardening work.

They did fencing for us.Overall they were reliable and they did a good a good job. I would recommend.

Pete and colleagues installed a raised decking area for us this summer. The work was of a high quality, reasonably priced and the team were very punctual and genuinely nice to have around. We were also very impressed by their cleaning up after the job was finished. Highly recommended - we will be using them again.

Pete came to board our loft back in January and did a wonderful and spotless job. Would recommend happily to anyone. We will definitely be using Laywoods again in the future, trustworthy and reliable.

Pete (and colleagues) has done lots of work for me over past few years including fitting downstairs cloakroom, kitchen worktops, decking plus 2 garden fences. He has just finished one of the fences and once again he has not disappointed as it looks great. I have a steep, terraced garden so any work isn't straightforward! I've found Pete 100% reliable, hardworking and pleasant. I've no hesitation in recommending him.

Found Laywoods via google after another local (Westbury on Trym) firm promised me a quote and then never called me back. The job was to replace some wind damaged fencing. Pete was prompt and completed the job as planned and to a good standard. I’ll be keeping Laywoods details to hand for any future work.

Laywoods have done plenty of work for me over the past two/three years and I recommend them without hesitation. I have had a fence mended and put up expertly (still in perfect condition three years later!) & a garden which looked more like a jungle completely cleared to an excellent standard. I have also had a house completely decorated on two occasions to a high standard. In addition Pete will honestly assess which odd jobs he can do & commits to (which is the vast majority in my experience!!); I've had carpets cleaned, a bit of carpet laid, walls filled, curtain rails put up to name a few. They do an excellent job at what he commits to. They are diligent, hardworking and trustworthy. I fully expect to utilise their skills again at some point in the future.

I would happily recommend Pete to anyone , he and his assistant did an excellent job on our 2 garden fences in cold and windy conditions doing more than was expected

Can't recommend enough! Peter is a really sound and helpful guy and done a great job helping us transform the garden. Very reasonable rates and hard working - took just two days to dig up our garden, remove tons of bricks, prepare the ground and fit the artificial grass! Thankyou so much. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone requiring improvements made to their home either in or out. They have completed numerous jobs for us including fencing, decking, decorating and kitchen installation. Pete is most helpful, pleasant, punctual and his rates are reasonable too.
