Great product, improvement on my first purchase. The App controller is a real bonus.
I hope this new purchase lasts longer than the first (four years).
Order to deliver was superb speed (faster than Customer Service response time to questions).
Bit of a struggle to get agreement for the two year warranty, but got there in the end.

Initially we bought a wave spa as our first hot tub which had a fault with heater and control and eventually sent back. We were not going to bother again but as Lay z spa Paris had a sale we decided to get it and have been in it everyday. I cannot recommend this enough. It should be for 4/6 people but would say 4 would be ample or be a bit snug. The bubbles are a bit noisy but on the other hand are quite rapid and very relaxing.

My order arrived and I love the hot tub but I emailed customer services to advise my lid keeps deflating every day I’m out there putting air in the lid, still no response they emailed me asking for pictures I sent these then they emailed asking for codes I have advised on the outside of my spa no codes/refs still waiting on a response very frustrating as the lid should not deflate its brand new

My order from Lazy Spa came promptly and well packaged.
The instructions were clear on how to set it all up and with in 30 minutes we were filling her up ready to be used.
I cannot recommend the Paris air jet enough, it's been a game changer!
Talking of which, I'm going to hop in now! Go and get one, thank me later!

Well bought a spa, built it, filled it. And it’s leaking on Day 1… after emails forms filled out still leaking no replacement. Surely a spa with a leak is like a chocolate teapot… useless.

Avoid his company at all costs they are the mafia of the hot tub industry purchasing items from them is literally throwing money down the toilet .
Dealing with lazy spa is an unpleasant experience the items themselves are ok for what they are but if you have issues the customer service can only be described as dealing back street money lenders you've ripped off . They sell you replacement parts knowing they are not suitable then dont refund postage when you inevitably have to return the items . They make you destroy items on camera incase your trying to defraud them out of free items when making warrenty claims on defective products . Dealing with them is a long drawn out unpleasant rigmarole that has made me sell all the items ive purchased from this company after I eventually got them working again out of the thought of having to go through the hell of dealing with the customer service again in the inevitable case of another fault in the near future

Keeps us cool in hot weather . Seems to relax tense body . Just enjoy lying in warm water.

We are very impressed with our Helsinki Lay-Z-Spa. It was delivered quickly and very easy to assemble and start using. Although it is inflatable it’s sturdy and rigid, great value for money. Definitely our best choice this summer.

Returns policy very poor

Do not order next day delivery option on Friday after 4pm or your find yourself paying the £24.99 and not receiving item until Monday.

The product information on their website is accurate and easy to understand. Ordering and delivery was simple and seamless. Their hot tubs are good quality. Definitely recommend.
